Families in search of a Camden County Mother’s Helper love our ABC Nannies like Beverly who loves taking children on trips to parks, museums, or the zoo.
“I love working with children as a Camden County Mother’s Helper. I am creative, energetic, organized, trustworthy, and have a good work ethic. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I love children and it is what I do best. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over thirty years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are amazing and adaptable and like sponges. They soak up love and knowledge! My goal as a Nanny is to provide quality care and safety to children I care for! I am willing to do housekeeping that includes children’s meal preparation, cleaning up dishes, light laundry, and cleaning up after the children. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include reading books, playing, music, and trips to parks, museums, movies, zoo and other excursions of interest. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be welcoming and respectful!”
“I’ve had the honor to work with Beverly for the past two years. She has been a Preschool and Prekindergarten teacher. She is a timely individual and has a good attendance record. In addition to responsibilities as a co-teacher in the classroom, Beverly also plans one unit per school year, cooperatively observes and documents children’s development and fulfills daily classroom duties. Beverly is a gentle spirit and uses a calming voice when speaking with the children. She has the developmental needs of the children in her heart at all times. I feel all children Beverly works with will benefit from her caring spirit. She has brought love and nurturing to the program here. I feel she will do the same in as a Camden County Mother’s Helper.”
When she was around the children, I could see how much she cared for them. She was (and still is) patient, calm, and creative. When the first graders would tell their stories, she would listen. She also has a sense of humor and could laugh with the children. Her lessons plans were well prepared. She planned a variety of games and crafts. Her room was clean and well organized. Bev worked well with the parents for the benefit of their children. What most impresses me about Bev is that no matter the situation, she handles it well. As a friend I have visited her home. As well as raising three children she takes in rescue dogs and rabbits. The animals are well taken care of and I know she would do anything for them. Bev is a caring, giving person who is wonderful with children. I confidently recommend her to you as a Camden County Mother’s Helper.”
“Beverly cared for my children as babies years ago as a Camden County Mother’s Helper, and continues to be a support to our family! She is a professional elementary school teacher, and loving mother. She loves children and animals. She would be my first choice of a nanny if I was doing it all over again!”
