““I am an upbeat and positive person who loves to be around children. I grew up in a large family, where family was the priority. Children are a parent’s most valuable part of their lives, and to have a part in raising them is unique and special. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because of my love for children and the amount of joy that comes from taking care of them. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 6 years and can honestly say I LOVE what I do! I feel the children are my number one priority as soon as I step into a home. My goal as a Bergen County After School Nanny is to make sure the children are well taken care and happy and that the parents’ needs are being fulfilled. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes meal preparation, cleaning, and anything that is asked as long as it doesn’t interfere with the children’s needs. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am energetic, bubbly, passionate, responsible, and loving. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include outdoor activities(age appropriate of course) such as swimming, biking, walks, sports, trails and hiking, gardening, arts- painting, drawing, coloring, photos, chalk, and music and dancing.
