To her five handsome children, she is simply "Mom," while neighbors, church friends, and colleagues know her as "Lisa." Her nephews and niece affectionately call her "Aunt Lisa," while her husband lovingly refers to her as "Bunny." In fact, she proudly displays "Bunny" on her license plate as a testament to their love. Her ability to multitask is unparalleled, and she holds a degree in it. Feel free to ask her about her "name story," as she is always eager to share. She's adored by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, and thousands of local families and nannies. For over a decade, she has served all nannies and families at ABC with unwavering dedication. On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she has known since the tender age of 8. Recently, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in the picturesque Kauai, Hawaii - a true fairy tale come to life. Ever the matchmaker, she has been connecting people since childhood, a passion that didn't fade when she joined ABC Nanny Source after nearly a decade of working in marketing at the phone company. Matching the perfect caregiver to each family is her true calling. She understands that every family has unique needs, and she takes great pride in the meticulous process of connecting the right individual to the right family. Through this work, she has formed close friendships with many families and nannies. As a testament to her exceptional matchmaking skills, she recently brought together two single parents from ABC Nanny Source, who are now engaged. While not a common service offered, it showcases her dedication to going above and beyond for those she serves. Her love for Disney's Mary Poppins is evident, as she firmly believes that "a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better." Her voice is known for its sweetness, and she often jokes, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" Her sense of humor and positive energy are contagious, making every day feel Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets, sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York City, card games, and quality family time are just a few of her favorite things.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual full of excitement, vitality, and a thirst for adventure. Her love for people is a defining characteristic of her persona, evident in her various endeavors and thirst for knowledge. Her artistic spirit led her to embark on a musical journey at the age of 5 when she started taking piano lessons. Throughout her academic years, she explored classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons, showcasing her creative prowess. In 2014, Hannah pursued her passion for music at Liberty University where she pursued a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Post her stint at Liberty, Hannah sought personal and professional growth through internships. Her ventures included a summer in Fairbanks, AK, volunteering for construction work, and participating in the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, she completed a Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Cheney, attaining honors in Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, Hannah joined ABC Nanny Source, forging connections with nannies and families. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she gradually progressed to becoming an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Today, she dedicates her time as a Placement Counselor, using her skills to assist families in finding their ideal Mary Poppins. A fundamental principle that Hannah strives to adhere to derives from one of her beloved Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). With her creativity and impeccable communication abilities, Hannah eagerly anticipates continuing her relationship with families and helping parents and children alike find their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's dedication to helping others shines through in all aspects of her work here at ABC Nanny Source, a result of her many years of experience working with children in various settings. With her constant cheerful demeanor, she excels in assisting nannies in creating standout profiles. As a crucial member of our Verification Department, Erica not only offers a helping hand whenever needed but also expertly addresses any inquiries that arise. Outside of her professional life, she finds solace in immersing herself in fantasy novels or preparing delectable treats to share with loved ones. Erica's optimism and unwavering determination make every day an adventure, whether it involves engaging in family game nights or tirelessly aiding individuals in finding their ideal match at our agency. Her profound impact on those she assists is difficult to express in words, earning her the endearing title of the "brain" in the Verification Department. Known for her incredible memory and ability to readily provide status updates on nannies and families, Erica's exceptional talent stems from her genuine compassion and intellectual prowess.
