Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but affectionately called "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood, this incredible woman goes by "Mom" to her five handsome children, "Lisa" to her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews and niece, and "Bunny" to her loving husband, proudly displayed on her license plate. With a degree in multi-tasking, she effortlessly juggles all her roles and will gladly share her "name story" with anyone who asks, insisting they can call her whatever they please, as long as it's not late for dinner. Adored by her family, friends, church community, and neighbors, as well as thousands of families and nannies locally, she has dedicated over a decade of service at ABC, delighting in every moment. Personally, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, marrying her elementary school sweetheart of 20 years. Recently, they renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Matchmaking has been her passion since childhood, and even after joining ABC Nanny Source following nearly a decade in marketing at the phone company, she still finds joy in connecting each family to the perfect caregiver, understanding that everyone has unique needs. Building strong relationships, she considers many families and nannies as close friends. In fact, she recently successfully paired two single parent ABC clients who are now engaged, going above and beyond her duties with her exceptional matchmaking skills. A believer in the power of a Spoonful of Sugar, she has a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins and her sweetness is reflected in her famous voice. Despite sounding "like a 3-year-old," she reassures everyone that her wrinkles prove her true age. With a contagious sense of humor and positive energy, she effortlessly makes each day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and most importantly, family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual known for her fun, energetic, and adventurous nature. Her passion for people has always been a defining aspect of her personality, evident in all her endeavors and learning experiences. With a knack for creativity, she embarked on a musical journey at the age of 5, starting with piano lessons and later expanding her repertoire to include classical, pop, and theatrical styles through her school years. In pursuit of her musical education, Hannah attended Liberty University in 2014, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, she further enhanced her personal and professional growth through various internships, including volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and the completion of the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah successfully completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Pendroy, graduating with honors in Makeup and Phase Two. Since 2016, Hannah has been working with ABC Nanny Source, thoroughly enjoying her interactions with nannies and families alike. Her journey with ABC Nanny Source began as a Nanny Recruiter and eventually led her to become an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, Hannah serves as a Placement Counselor, using her creativity and communication skills to connect families with their ideal nanny, just like Mary Poppins. A guiding principle Hannah lives by is derived from one of her favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). She eagerly looks forward to fostering connections with families while utilizing her creativity and communication skills to assist every parent and child in finding their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Here at ABC Nanny Source, Erica has channeled her passion for assisting others after years of working with children in various settings. Her dedication shines through in everything she does. As a cheerful and compassionate individual, she feels most fulfilled when helping nannies optimize their profiles. Erica is an invaluable asset to our Verification Department, always ready to lend a hand and address any inquiries. During her leisure time, you can find her immersed in a fantasy novel or busy baking delectable treats for her friends. With her unwavering optimism and determination, Erica embarks on daily adventures, whether it involves a simple game with her family or diligently assisting others in finding their ideal matches within the agency. She is adored by many, and her immeasurable contributions to those around her defy words. Recognized as the "brain" in our Verification Department, her brilliant memory allows her to recall the status of any nanny or family effortlessly, a testament to her genuine care and exceptional capabilities.
