Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but lovingly called "LisaBeth" by her family, friends, and teachers since childhood, as well as "Mom" by her children, "Lisa" by neighbors and colleagues, "Aunt Lisa" by her nieces and nephews, and "Bunny" by her husband showcased on her license plate, she is truly a woman with many names and roles. She excels at multitasking and always has her driver's license ready to share her unique "name story". Feel free to ask her about it, but make sure not to be late for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, and the community, she has been a beloved figure at ABC for over a decade, serving and cherishing every moment of it. Personally, she grew up in this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary with a fairy tale-like vow renewal in Kauai, Hawaii. She finds joy in matchmaking, a skill she has been practicing since childhood, which continues to thrive at ABC Nanny Source after a successful career in marketing. Beth takes pride in matching families with the perfect caregiver, understanding that everyone has unique needs. Building strong connections between families and nannies is of utmost importance to her, and many of them have become her close friends. In fact, she recently played a role in bringing together two single parents who were ABC clients and announced their engagement! While not a common service offered by the agency, it exemplifies her dedication to going above and beyond. Mirroring Mary Poppins, she believes in the power of a Spoonful of Sugar to make everything better, which is reflected in her sweet and recognizable voice. Despite sounding like a 3-year-old, she embraces her wrinkles as proof of her wisdom. Her contagious sense of humor and positive energy make every day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and quality family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual known for her fun, energetic, and adventurous nature. Her passion for people has always been a defining aspect of her personality, evident in every endeavor and opportunity for learning that she has pursued. With a touch of creative flair, she embarked on her musical journey at the young age of 5, taking piano lessons and exploring classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons throughout her schooling years. In 2014, Hannah's musical education brought her to Liberty University, where she completed coursework towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Following her time at Liberty, she continued to nurture her personal and professional growth through various internships, including volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK and participating in the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah achieved yet another milestone by successfully completing a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Cosby, earning Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors upon graduation. In 2016, Hannah joined ABC Nanny Source, cherishing every opportunity to connect with nannies and families alike. She initially took on the role of a Nanny Recruiter, progressing to become an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department, and currently serves as a Placement Counselor, where she delights in assisting families in finding their perfect Mary Poppins. Hannah embraces a guiding principle inspired by one of her favorite Scriptures, which advises, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). She eagerly looks forward to fostering connections with families and utilizing her creativity and communication skills to help parents and children alike discover the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's passion for helping others shines through all her work, which is why she is a valued member of the ABC Nanny Source team. With years of experience in various childcare settings, she has channeled her love for assisting others into every task she undertakes here. Erica's ever-cheerful demeanor makes her feel most at home when supporting nannies in presenting their best profiles. While working diligently in the Verification Department, she never hesitates to extend a helping hand or address any inquiries. Outside of work, Erica can be found immersed in a captivating fantasy novel or diligently preparing delectable treats to share with loved ones. Her optimism and determination ensure that each day is an adventure, be it engaging in family games or tirelessly aiding others in finding their ideal matches through our agency. It is challenging to articulate the extent of Erica's impact on those she knows, as so many of us adore her unwavering support. Often referred to as the "brain" in the Verification Department, Erica's remarkable memory allows her to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family without consulting any notes�a talent that stems from her genuine compassion and intellectual prowess. We are incredibly fortunate to have her as a cherished member of our team.
