"I am a kind, loving, and responsible individual who thoroughly enjoys working with children as a Penobscot County Summer Nanny! My family holds immense importance in my life, and I make sure to spend quality time with them whenever possible. Becoming a nanny is an opportunity for me to create a positive impact in the lives of children. Currently, I am involved in teaching developmental gymnastics to children ranging from four months to twelve years old, which is a testament to my affection for physical activity. Although I find joy in teaching the kids interesting new things in my current role, I believe being a nanny would allow me to provide more personalized attention and guidance to children. With over 2 years of experience in various childcare capacities, I can genuinely say that I sincerely love what I do! Working with children is incredibly rewarding, and I cannot picture myself pursuing any other career path. As a nanny, my goal is to assist a loving and caring family with all their childcare needs, alleviating any concerns they may have. I am more than willing to undertake household tasks such as dishwashing, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, organizing children's toys, and preparing meals for the little ones. If I were to describe myself in five adjectives, I would use loving, caring, honest, trustworthy, and responsible. When it comes to daily activities, I would love to incorporate outdoor adventures, age-appropriate homework assistance, educational exercises, playful toy sessions, and ensuring the children's overall happiness and enjoyment. In my ideal scenario, the family seeking a Penobscot County Summer Nanny like me would be easygoing, content, affectionate, and eager to embrace me as part of their daily lives."
“Sarah, our Penobscot County Summer Nanny, is truly remarkable. Not only is she a responsible and wonderful woman, but my children absolutely adore her. I always have peace of mind knowing that they are in her care. Sarah not only meets all the required qualifications for the job, but she consistently goes above and beyond. We were fortunate to have crossed paths with Sarah a year ago. She is a consummate professional, demonstrating a remarkable sense of responsibility and sensibility. Her dependability and reliability are unmatched, and her natural affinity for children is undeniable. While I never explicitly requested for her to do the dishes, I was pleasantly surprised to find them clean every time I returned home. Sarah's punctuality and willingness to assist in any way possible is truly commendable. She even engages the children in delightful arts and crafts projects. Being in her company is a genuine pleasure, as she exudes a grounded and down-to-earth demeanor.”
“Sarah was an amazing Penobscot County Summer Nanny who had a profound impact on Max. His face would light up whenever she was around. Dealing with Max's low muscle tone was a challenge, but Sarah's unwavering patience and dedication shone through. She encouraged him and remained positive, never giving up on him. What impressed me the most was how she included Max in every activity without pushing him beyond his limits.
Moreover, Sarah went above and beyond by extending her care towards my one-year-old daughter. Prioritizing her, Sarah always made sure to spend extra time talking and playing with her before and after each class. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sarah again to take care of my children. Her remarkable gift with children is truly exceptional, and any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her as their nanny.”
”With Sarah's background in Kinesthiology, she was more than adept at recognizing children’s physical and motor skill needs and differentiated instruction as needed. Her one class of 8-10 not only had different ages [3-7] but also had two children with physical mobility problems and a child with mild autism. The growth in all of the children was evident after five month's under Sarah's patient and positive instruction. Sarah taught our children at a local gymnasium. In the fall semester, she had a class size of 8-10 filled with ages 3-7. She was quite adept at handling the physical demands as well as the energy demands of our children. She was patient and made time during each class to focus on an individual child or two for a few special minutes of instruction, all the while keeping the other children on task and safe. This semester my daughter received advanced gymnastic instruction from Sarah in a small setting. Sarah was wonderful at recognizing the girls' abilities and potential and did much to help their motor skills, not to mention their confidence. A third child joined the class who was challenging but Sarah never lacked in her attentiveness to my daughter or the other little girl! She would make a great Penobscot County Summer Nanny!”
