With a degree in multi-tasking, she will eagerly show you her driver's license and share her "name story," inviting you to call her whatever you please, just not late for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, church community, and neighbors, she has also earned the loyalty of thousands of local families and nannies through her extensive service at ABC Nanny Source for over a decade. Growing up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, she even married her elementary school sweetheart, celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary and vow renewal in Kauai, Hawaii. Her love story is like a fairy tale! From a young age, she found joy in playing matchmaker, a passion that continued when she joined ABC Nanny Source after working in marketing at the phone company for nearly ten years. Beth takes pride in matching each family with the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has unique needs. She invests herself deeply in every aspect of the process, forming intimate connections with families and nannies and often considering them as close friends. In fact, this year she successfully paired up two single parents who were both ABC clients, and they recently announced their engagement! While it may not be a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, Beth goes above and beyond, showcasing her matchmaking skills and commitment to going the extra mile. Enthusiastic about Disney's Mary Poppins, she firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better, a sentiment echoed by her sweet and recognizable voice. Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins and whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and, most importantly, family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah's vibrant personality and love for adventure make her a fun and energetic individual. Passionate about people, this trait has been evident throughout her various experiences and educational pursuits. With a knack for creativity, she embarked on her musical journey at the young age of 5 by enrolling in piano lessons. As she advanced, she explored classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons throughout her academic years. In 2014, Hannah's dedication to music led her to Liberty University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Seeking personal and professional growth, she actively engaged in internships, including a memorable summer of volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and completion of the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, she successfully completed a Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Littlejohn Island, graduating with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. Since joining ABC Nanny Source in 2016, Hannah has thoroughly enjoyed connecting with nannies and families. She initially started as a Nanny Recruiter and later transitioned to the role of an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, she thrives as a Placement Counselor, diligently assisting families in their search for the perfect Mary Poppins. One of her favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), resonates deeply with Hannah and profoundly influences her approach to life. Hannah eagerly anticipates forging stronger connections with families and utilizing her creative and communication skills to help parents and children discover the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's passion for assisting others has been evident throughout her extensive experience working with children in various settings over the years. At ABC Nanny Source, she channels this love and dedication into every aspect of her work. Erica's upbeat and cheerful demeanor shines brightest when she is helping nannies present themselves in the best possible way through their profiles. As a valuable member of our Verification Department, she is always prompt to lend a helping hand and address any inquiries that arise. Outside of work, Erica can be found indulging in her favorite pastimes such as immersing herself in fantasy novels or preparing delectable treats to share with her friends. Her optimistic outlook and unwavering determination bring about a sense of adventure in her daily life, whether it involves partaking in a lively family game or diligently assisting individuals in finding their perfect match at our agency. Her remarkable devotion and the positive impact she has on countless individuals have made her endearing to so many of us. In fact, she has become synonymous with the term "brain" within the Verification Department due to her exceptional memory and ability to effortlessly recall the status of nannies or families. Having assisted thousands of individuals, this special talent truly emanates from both her heart and mind.
