Some Questions that ABC Nanny Source asks MD Nannies!
During the screening process to be accepted by the Agency for representation, ABC Nanny Source recruiters and Placement Counselors pose a series of questions. Here are some of the questions that arise from their interrogation.

3. What are your thoughts on discipline and how it should be approached? What ideas and viewpoints do you hold when it comes to enforcing rules and regulations?
4. Can you please explain to me what, in your opinion, makes a nanny exceptional?
5. If you encountered any inquiries related to the family position's description, how would you address them? Would you ensure all questions are clarified prior to accepting the position, or would you rely on the hope for the best approach afterwards?
6. Incorporating both educational and play activities into the daily plan is essential. What types of activities do you envision including in your daily schedule?
7. Are you familiar with the communication style employed by the families you have previously worked for? Will you be maintaining a daily events journal to provide updates on the activities throughout the day?
