Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood, she goes by "Mom" to her five handsome children, "Lisa" to neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, and "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews/niece. Her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny," a nickname that she proudly displays on her license plate. She is a master of multitasking and is always ready to share her "name story" when asked. She loves to be called anything, as long as it's not for dinner. Adored by her family, friends, neighbors, and the church community, she has also gained the trust of thousands of families and nannies locally through her work at ABC Nanny Source for over a decade. She grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, with whom she just celebrated her 20th wedding anniversary and renewed her vows in Kauai, Hawaii. Her love story is a fairy tale come true. Even as a child, she enjoyed "matchmaking," a passion that she continued at ABC Nanny Source after working at the phone company for almost ten years. Matching each family with the perfect caregiver is her expertise, understanding that every family has unique needs. Building strong connections between the right individuals is of utmost importance to her, and she considers many families and nannies as close friends. She takes great pleasure in going above and beyond for her clients, and her matchmaking skills have even led to two single parents from ABC Nanny Source getting engaged. While that may not be a typical service offered at the agency, it exemplifies her dedication and commitment. She has a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins and believes that a Spoonful of Sugar can make everything better, which is reflected in her sweet and melodious voice. Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual who embodies fun, energy, and an adventurous spirit. With a deep passion for people, this quality has remained a constant throughout her various experiences and opportunities for growth. Renowned for her creative talent, she embarked on her musical journey at the age of 5 through piano lessons, exploring classical, pop, and theatrical genres. This dedication continued throughout her academic years, engaging in both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah pursued her love for music by enrolling in Liberty University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Post-graduation, Hannah furthered her personal and professional growth through several internships, including volunteering for a construction project in Fairbanks, AK, and participating in the esteemed Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. More recently, she excelled in a Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Eden Isle, graduating with honors in Makeup and Phase Two. Hannah's association with ABC Nanny Source began in 2016, allowing her to connect with nannies and families, an experience she cherishes deeply. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she progressed to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department and now fulfills the role of Placement Counselor, aiding families in finding their ideal Mary Poppins. A guiding principle Hannah lives by stems from one of her beloved Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). Hannah eagerly anticipates forging lasting connections with families and utilizing her creativity and communication skills to assist every parent and child in finding their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's cheerful demeanor shines brightest when she is assisting nannies in showcasing their best potential through their profiles. Within our Verification Department, Erica thrives as a dependable source of support, readily extending a helping hand and addressing any inquiries. During her off-duty hours, you will likely find her immersed in a fantastical book or busy preparing delectable treats for her circle of friends. Her unwavering optimism and unwavering determination ensure that each day is an adventure for Erica, whether it involves enjoyable family games or diligently aiding others in finding their perfect fit within the agency.
