If you express interest, we will schedule a detailed call with you to discuss the position further. This step is crucial as it helps us ensure your genuine interest in the position. During the call, we will inquire about your previous positions, educational background, and availability. Most importantly, we will assess how your attributes align with the needs and requests of the families. Assuming it seems like a suitable match from both your perspective and your placement counselor's, we will proceed to send your complete profile to the family for further consideration.
