Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source and "LisaBeth" by her family, friends, and teachers since childhood, this multitasking queen goes by many names. Her five handsome children proudly call her "Mom," while neighbors, church friends, and colleagues refer to her as "Lisa." Nephews and nieces affectionately know her as "Aunt Lisa," and her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny," a name she displays on her license plate. With a degree in multitasking, she effortlessly juggles her roles and welcomes any name you please, as long as it's not "late for dinner!" Adored by her family, friends, neighbors, and the church community, she is also highly regarded by the thousands of families and nannies she has served locally for over a decade at ABC Nanny Source. Born and raised in the suburbs of this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart, with whom she recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary by renewing their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Her passion for matchmaking began at a young age and continued when she joined ABC Nanny Source after a decade serving in marketing at the phone company. Beth finds joy in matching each family with the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has unique needs. She goes above and beyond to connect the right individuals, forging intimate relationships with families and nannies who soon become her close friends. In fact, she recently paired up two single-parent clients who just announced their engagement, a testament to her dedication to going the extra mile. Beth's sweet and youthful voice, often compared to Disney's Mary Poppins, reflects her belief that "a Spoonful of Sugar" can make everything better. Her positive energy and sense of humor are contagious, making everyday "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!" Her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets, sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and cherished family time. Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual who exudes fun, energy, and a sense of adventure. Her love for people is an inherent part of her personality and has manifested itself in every endeavor and educational opportunity she has pursued. With a unique creative flair, Hannah embarked on piano lessons at the tender age of 5, and throughout her school years, she continued her exploration of classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah took her musical education to the next level by enrolling in Liberty University, where she actively completed courses towards earning her Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Building on her time at Liberty, she further honed her personal and professional growth through various internships, including volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Most recently, Hannah completed a comprehensive program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Glenview Manor, where she graduated with prestigious honors in Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, she began her journey with ABC Nanny Source, and this experience has been nothing short of fulfilling for Hannah as she revels in the connections she makes with both nannies and families. Starting off as a Nanny Recruiter, she transitioned to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department, and currently, she thrives as a Placement Counselor, dedicated to assisting families in finding their ideal Mary Poppins. Guided by a favorite Scripture, Hannah embraces the philosophy of doing all things for the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31), which serves as a guiding principle in her life. Looking ahead, Hannah eagerly anticipates cultivating deeper connections with families while utilizing her creativity and exceptional communication skills to empower every parent and child in finding their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

With many years of experience working with children in various settings, Erica's dedication to helping others shines through in her work at ABC Nanny Source. Her cheerful and helpful nature thrives in assisting nannies to present the best version of themselves through their profiles. As a valuable member of our Verification Department, she is always ready to lend a helping hand and provide answers to any inquiries. Outside of work, Erica enjoys immersing herself in fantasy books or preparing delicious treats to share with her loved ones. Her unwavering optimism and determination ensure that each day is filled with new adventures, whether it involves playing games with her family or diligently assisting individuals in finding their ideal match within our agency. Erica's immense impact on others cannot be accurately described in words and she is adored by countless people. Fondly referred to as the "brain" in the Verification Department, her exceptional memory allows her to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family without needing to consult any records.
