She seamlessly filled the role, quickly adapting to the curriculum, understanding the students' backgrounds and learning needs, and building rapport with the staff. She went above and beyond by enhancing the existing curriculum with engaging activities and authentic assessments that immersed our students in their learning. As the coordinator, it is my responsibility to manage a team of approximately 15 staff members, keep them informed about school updates, facilitate professional development activities, and ensure they meet their professional responsibilities.
