Beth / Agency Director & Owner

Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood, this amazing woman wears many hats and answers to various names. Her five handsome children call her "Mom," neighbors and church friends know her as "Lisa," colleagues address her as "Lisa," and her nephews and niece call her "Aunt Lisa." To her husband, she is affectionately known as "Bunny," a name she even proudly displays on her license plate. She truly is a jack of all names. Being a master at multitasking, she loves to tell the story behind her different names. Feel free to ask her about it, and she will gladly share her name journey with you. She welcomes being called anything you prefer, as long as it's not for dinner. Her loved ones, friends, the church community, neighbors, and countless families across the local area adore her. Working at ABC for over a decade, Beth has dedicated herself to serving nannies and families. She cherishes every moment of her work and takes great pride in connecting families with the perfect caregivers. Understanding that each family has unique needs, she goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect match. Getting to know families and nannies intimately, she considers many of them close friends. In fact, she recently paired two single parent ABC clients who just announced their engagement! While this isn't a common service at ABC Nanny Source, it showcases Beth's exceptional matchmaking skills and her commitment to going the extra mile. Beth's love for Disney's Mary Poppins is well-known, as she strongly believes in the power of a Spoonful of Sugar to make everything better. Her sweetness is not only heard in her voice but is also reflected in her overall positive energy and sense of humor. She often jokes, "I may sound like a 3-year-old, but my wrinkles prove otherwise!" Her infectious enthusiasm makes every day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Outside of work, Beth enjoys a wide range of activities. She has a heart for rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing the guitar, witnessing sunsets and sunrises during thunderstorms, and attending Broadway plays in New York. Additionally, she loves spending quality time with her family through card games and other family activities.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah exemplifies a vibrant and daring personality, making her a fun, energetic, and adventurous individual. Her love for people has consistently shaped her character and guided her in all her pursuits and educational opportunities. With a knack for creativity, she delved into piano lessons at the young age of 5, progressively honing her skills in classical, pop, and theatrical genres during her school years. Hannah's musical journey continued as she enrolled in Liberty University in 2014, where she pursued a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. To further her personal and professional growth, she embarked on several internships, including voluntary construction work in Fairbanks, AK and a fulfilling experience in the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. More recently, Hannah successfully completed a Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Grantfork, graduating with honors in Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, Hannah joined ABC Nanny Source, where she cherishes every moment of connecting with nannies and families alike. Initially starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she subsequently transitioned to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department, and now serves as a Placement Counselor, helping families find their perfect Mary Poppins. One of Hannah's favorite Scriptures, 1 Corinthians 10:31, reinforces her guiding principle of living to bring glory to God in all aspects of life “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” Hannah eagerly anticipates continuing to build connections with families, utilizing her creativity and communication skills to assist parents in finding the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Having spent many years working with children in various settings, Erica has been able to channel her passion for assisting others into her role here at ABC Nanny Source. Known for her upbeat and cheerful demeanor, she thrives in helping nannies present their best selves through their profiles. In her position within the Verification Department, Erica is always ready to lend a helping hand and address any inquiries that may arise. Outside of work, she can often be found engrossed in a fantasy book or whipping up delectable treats to share with loved ones. Her unwavering optimism and resolute determination ensure that she experiences a new adventure each day, be it engaging in a family game night or earnestly aiding someone in finding their perfect fit within our agency. Erica's tremendous impact on those around her cannot be adequately put into words. Affectionately referred to as the "brain" of the Verification Department, her exceptional memory and ability to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family without hesitation has benefited countless individuals. This remarkable talent is a direct reflection of her heartfelt dedication and sharp intellect. We are truly grateful to have her as a valued member of our team.
