Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but affectionately called "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood, she goes by "Mom" to her five handsome children. To her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, she is known as "Lisa." Her nephews and niece lovingly call her "Aunt Lisa," while her husband affectionately refers to her as "Bunny," a nickname she proudly displays on her license plate. With so many names, she truly is a jack of all trades, wearing many hats and answering to everyone, sometimes all at once! Her multitasking skills are top-notch, and she's always eager to share the story behind her name, so don't hesitate to ask. She has a degree in multitasking and will jokingly tell you that you can call her whatever you like, just not late for dinner! Loved by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, and thousands of local families and nannies, Beth has been serving all nannies and families at ABC for well over a decade, cherishing every moment of it. Personally, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, marrying her elementary school sweetheart, whom she has known since the age of 8. In fact, they recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Beth lights up when she talks about how she has been "matchmaking" since she was a little girl, and even joining ABC Nanny Source after a decade in the phone company's marketing department did not stop her. Matching each family with the perfect caregiver is a passion for Beth, as she recognizes that every family has unique needs. She takes every aspect of connecting the right individual to the family incredibly seriously and forms intimate relationships with families and nannies, considering many of them her close friends. In fact, earlier this year, she successfully matched two single parents who were both ABC clients, and they recently announced their engagement. While this is not a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, it demonstrates Beth's dedication to going above and beyond the call of duty. Fond of Disney's Mary Poppins, Beth believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better, and her sweet voice is famous among those who know her. One of her favorite sayings is, "I know I sound like I'm three years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" Her sense of humor and positive energy are contagious and make every day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and, most importantly, family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is a dynamic and adventurous individual, whose vibrant personality radiates with energy. Her devotion to people is deeply rooted within her character and has been evident in all her pursuits and learning experiences. With her innate creative flair, she embarked on a musical journey at the age of 5, taking up piano lessons and exploring various styles such as classical, pop, and theatrical, both in piano and vocal lessons throughout her schooling years. Hannah's musical education continued when she enrolled at Liberty University in 2014, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, she sought personal and professional growth through several internships, including volunteering in construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and participating in the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah successfully completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Murtaugh, graduating with high honors in Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, Hannah joined ABC Nanny Source, where she cherishes every opportunity to connect with nannies and families. Beginning as a Nanny Recruiter, she progressed to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department before assuming her current position as a Placement Counselor. Hannah truly believes in living by the words of her favorite Scripture, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31) She eagerly anticipates forging lasting relationships with families and employing her creativity and exceptional communication skills to assist each parent in finding their perfect Mary Poppins for their child.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's dedication to helping others shines through in all her endeavors at ABC Nanny Source, a testament to her extensive experience working with children in various environments. Her infectious cheerfulness permeates the atmosphere, and she feels most fulfilled when assisting nannies in crafting impressive profiles. Within our Verification Department, Erica thrives as a reliable support system, readily extending a helping hand and addressing any queries that arise. Outside of work, she can often be found engrossed in a fantasy novel or whipping up delicious treats for her loved ones. With boundless optimism and unwavering determination, Erica embarks on new adventures daily, whether it involves engaging in a spirited family game night or diligently aiding individuals in finding their "perfect fit" within our agency. We hold immense admiration for Erica, and the impact she has on those around her is indescribable. Within the Verification Department, we affectionately refer to her as the "brain" due to her remarkable memory and uncanny ability to recall the status of any nanny or family off the top of her head. Having assisted countless individuals, this incredible talent stems from both her compassionate heart and sharp mind. We consider ourselves truly fortunate to have Erica as an invaluable member of our team.
