Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, she is just "Mom" to her five handsome children. To her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, she goes by "Lisa", while her nephews and niece call her "Aunt Lisa". Finally, her husband affectionately calls her "Bunny", a name she proudly displays on her license plate. With so many names, she is a jack of all trades, wearing many hats and answering to everyone, sometimes all at once. She has a degree in multitasking and loves to share her "name story" when given the chance. She welcomes everyone to call her anything they'd like, as long as it's not late for dinner. Adored by her family, friends, church community, and neighbors, she is also highly regarded by the thousands of families and nannies she has helped locally. Having served at ABC for over a decade, she cherishes every moment of it. On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she has known since the age of 8. The couple recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. She takes pride in her life-long hobby of matchmaking and even continued it when she joined ABC Nanny Source after nearly a decade in marketing at the phone company. Beth loves to match each family she works with to the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has different needs. She takes great care in connecting the right individual to the family and considers many of them her close friends. In fact, she successfully paired up two ABC clients this year, both single parents, who are now engaged. While not a common service provided by ABC Nanny Source, it showcases how far she goes to exceed expectations. Beth has always had a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins and firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. Her sweetness is reflected in her voice, which she is also well-known for. Among her many favorite sayings is, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" With an overall sense of humor and a contagious positive energy, she makes every day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual who exudes fun, energy, and a spirit of adventure. Her passion for people has been an integral part of her persona, evident in every endeavor and learning opportunity she has encountered. With a natural creative flair, Hannah embarked on her musical journey at a tender age of 5 with piano lessons, which continued throughout her school years, encompassing classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons. In pursuit of her musical development, Hannah enrolled at Liberty University in 2014, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Following her time at Liberty, Hannah furthered her personal and professional growth through various internships. This included a summer devoted to volunteering by engaging in construction work in Fairbanks, AK, as well as successfully completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Hannah's thirst for knowledge and exploration did not stop there. She recently completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School La Motte, earning honors in Makeup and Phase Two. Since 2016, Hannah has been an integral part of ABC Nanny Source, where she has thrived in connecting with nannies and families alike. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she swiftly transitioned to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department and now serves as a Placement Counselor, helping families find their ideal Mary Poppins. Guided by one of her cherished Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), Hannah strives to live her life accordingly. She eagerly anticipates building enduring relationships with families and utilizing her creativity and communication skills to assist parents and children in discovering their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica�s passion for helping others has been a driving force in her work with children over the years, and it permeates everything she does here at ABC Nanny Source. Known for her constant cheerfulness, she feels most in her element when assisting nannies in presenting their best selves through their profiles. Within the Verification Department, Erica works diligently behind the scenes, readily extending a helping hand and providing prompt answers to any inquiries. Outside of the office, she enjoys immersing herself in fantasy books or whipping up delightful treats to share with her friends. Erica�s unwavering optimism and determination infuse each day with a spirit of adventure, whether she is engaging in a simple family game or fervently endeavoring to help someone discover their ideal match at the agency. Her impact on those around her is immeasurable, earning her the endearing moniker of the �brain� in the Verification Department. Thanks to her remarkable memory and ability to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family, Erica has assisted countless individuals, a talent that stems from her genuine compassion and sharp intellect.
