To her five handsome children, she is simply "Mom," while her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues know her as "Lisa." Her nephews and niece lovingly refer to her as "Aunt Lisa," and her husband affectionately calls her "Bunny," a name she proudly shows off on her license plate. A true master of multitasking, she possesses a degree in the art and loves to regale others with her "name story" at the drop of a hat. Feel free to ask her about it, and she'll insist you can call her whatever you like, as long as it's not during dinner time. Adored by her family, friends, and the community, she has served as a trusted resource at ABC for over a decade and treasures every moment of it. Growing up in the suburbs of this exquisite town, she married her elementary school sweetheart, and their love story continues to unfold like a fairytale. Recently, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in the enchanting island of Kauai, Hawaii. From a young age, she delighted in playing matchmaker, a passion that she carried with her into her role at ABC Nanny Source following nearly a decade at the phone company where she served in marketing. Known for her unparalleled dedication, she takes great pleasure in connecting each family with the perfect caregiver, understanding that everyone's needs are unique. Her commitment to this process and her knack for building deep connections with families and nannies have led to many close friendships. In fact, earlier this year, she successfully matched not one, but two single parents who both happened to be ABC clients, and they recently announced their engagement. While not a standard service at ABC Nanny Source, this extraordinary accomplishment demonstrates the extent to which she goes above and beyond the call of duty. A true fan of Mary Poppins, she firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar can make everything better. Her sweet and melodious voice is one of her trademarks, and she loves to remind others that despite her youthful tone, the wrinkles on her face are proof she's not actually three years old. Her infectious sense of humor and positive energy brighten every room she enters, making each day a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious experience. Her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins and whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing the guitar, witnessing sunsets, sunrises, and thunderstorms, attending Broadway plays in New York, playing card games, and cherishing moments with her family.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual who exudes a lively and adventurous spirit. Her love for people has remained a constant aspect of her character, shining through in various endeavors and educational opportunities she has pursued. She is renowned for her ability to think creatively, which became evident at the young age of five when she began taking piano lessons. Throughout her school years, Hannah continued to study classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, she decided to further her musical education by enrolling at Liberty University, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Building on her academic achievements, Hannah sought personal and professional growth through several internships. These included volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK during the summer of 2014, as well as completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah successfully completed a Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Laie, earning Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. In 2016, she embarked on a rewarding journey with ABC Nanny Source, where she cherishes every moment connecting with nannies and families alike. Initially joining as a Nanny Recruiter, Hannah's dedication and passion led to her role as an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Presently, she flourishes as a Placement Counselor, assisting families in their search for their ideal Mary Poppins. One of Hannah's favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), serves as a guiding principle in her life. She eagerly anticipates continuing her invaluable connections with families and utilizing her creative and communication skills to assist parents and children in finding their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's dedication to helping others has been evident throughout her years of working with children in various settings. This passion shines through in all aspects of her work at ABC Nanny Source. Known for her cheerful demeanor, Erica thrives when supporting nannies in presenting their best selves through their profiles. She plays a vital role in the Verification Department, diligently offering assistance and promptly addressing any inquiries. Outside of work, Erica finds solace in immersing herself in fantasy novels or preparing delectable treats for her loved ones. Her unwavering optimism and determination ensure that each day becomes an exciting adventure, whether it involves a simple game with her family or wholeheartedly assisting someone in finding their perfect fit within our agency. Erica's invaluable contributions have earned her the affection of many, and she is affectionately regarded as the "brain" in the Verification Department. Her prodigious memory allows her to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family, showcasing her innate talent and genuine concern for others.
