“If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I adore working around children. I feel the nanny profession is great because I can become part of a family. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 4 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are our future and need all of our love and someone to look up to. My goal as a Nanny is to utilize knowledge gained from the Franklin County After School Program I taught at, become part of a family and teach the children what a beautiful world we live in. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes cleaning up the toys, dishes, cooking, bathing, and changing diapers. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am friendly, cheerful, happy, kind-hearted, and outgoing. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include going to the library, going to the park, watching movies, going to the beach and pool in the summer, going to museums and aquariums, and doing fun activities that will also educate the children. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be nice, happy, and loving people!”
