Most well-known at ABC Nanny Source as “Beth”, yet referred to as “LisaBeth” by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends & teachers from childhood, just “Mom” to her five handsome children, “Lisa” to neighbors, church friends, colleagues, “Aunt Lisa” to her nephews/niece and “Bunny” to her husband which she proudly displays on her license plate – she’s a jack of all names, wearing many hats and answering to everyone sometimes even simultaneously! She’s got a degree in multi-tasking and she will jump at the chance to pull out her driver’s license and tell you her “name story” so feel free to ask her about it and she’ll quickly tell you to call her anything you’d like, but just not late for dinner! She is adored by her family, friends, the church community, her neighbors along with thousands of families & nannies locally! At ABC she has served all nannies and families for well over a decade and has cherished every moment of it! On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town marrying her elementary school sweetheart who she’s known since she was only 8 years old! In fact, the couple just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii so their love story continues like a fairy tale! She gets a kick out of telling everyone that she’s been “matchmaking” since she was a little girl and that didn’t stop when she joined ABC Nanny Source after having been at the phone company for nearly a decade serving in marketing! Beth loves to match each family she works with to the perfect caregiver recognizing that everyone has a different need. Every aspect of connecting the right individual to the family is incredibly important to her and she gets to know families and nannies intimately and regards many of them as her close friends. In fact, just this year she paired up two ABC clients who were single parents, that’s right two ABC clients, who just announced they are now engaged! No, that’s not a common service offered here at ABC Nanny Source or this agency would have to fall under a new heading (haha!) but it just shows how far she takes her matchmaking skills and takes pleasure in going above and beyond the call of duty! She’s always had a heart for Disney’s Mary Poppins and firmly believes a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better; her sweetness is heard in her voice which she’s also famous for! One of her many favorite sayings is, “I know I sound like I’m 3 years old, but I’ve got the wrinkles to prove it’s not true!” She has an overall sense of humor and general positive energy that is contagious and makes the day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! These are a few of her favorite things: rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games and family time!

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is a fun, energetic, and an adventurous individual. Having a passion for people is a staple of her personality and has shown itself through every endeavor and learning opportunity along the way. Known for her creative flair, she began taking piano lessons at 5 years old and continued studying classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons through her school years. In 2014, Hannah continued this musical learning by attending Liberty University, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, she further advanced her personal and professional development in multiple internships, including a summer doing volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK and completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Most recently, Hannah finished a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Delaware, graduating with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. Hannah began working with ABC Nanny Source in 2016, where she has enjoyed every moment connecting with nannies and families alike. She started as a Nanny Recruiter, continuing on to work as an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department, and now spends her days as a Placement Counselor to families looking for their most perfect Mary Poppins. A phrase Hannah strives to live by comes from one of her favorite Scriptures, “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31) Hannah looks forward to continuing connections with families and using her creativity and communication skills to help every parent and every child find the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

After many years of working with children in different settings, Erica has put her love for helping others into all that she does here at ABC Nanny Source. Always cheerful, she is most at home helping nannies to put their best foot forward with their profiles. Working behind the scenes for our Verification Department, you will find she is quick to offer a helping hand and answer any questions. When she is not at work, you can find her curled up with a book filled with fantasy or preparing sweets to share with her friends. Her optimism and determination lend to her having an adventure each day, whether it’s simply playing a game with her family or working hard to help the next person to find their ‘perfect fit’ here at the agency! She is truly loved by SO many of us that it's hard to put into words all that she does for everyone she knows. We all often refer to her as the "brain" in the Verification Department because she has a memory for everything and can often tell you off the top of her head the status of any nanny or family without looking and she's helped literally thousands so that special talent comes from the heart and the mind. We are blessed to have her on our team!

Yvonne is known for her attention to detail and creative artsy nature!! She loves photography and enjoys the family story!!! She gifts every ABC family with a beautiful family photo collage for choosing ABC Nanny Source that we all just ooooh and ahhh over! She’s known to ask very detailed questions about what children love so their collage perfectly describes them!! She cares and it shows!!
