Are you a nationwide company or family owned?
ABC Nanny Source is a family owned and operated business, not an impersonal nationwide company. We do not treat anyone as if they are just a number; everyone here at the agency cares about each family we work for and every nanny we represent.
Do all ABC Nannies speak English?
Yes. All ABC Nannies are required to be able to read, write and speak English fluently. If you are more comfortable with a Nanny that also speaks a different language, just let your placement counselor know! There are many candidates who are multi-lingual.
How do you match the "right" Nanny with the "right" family?
ABC takes great care when matching families and Nannies. Many different factors are considered when trying to find the right match. The placement counselors start by narrowing down the search to the candidates who live within a 30-minute radius of your home if you are requesting a live out Nanny. Each Nanny that you consider will be local and very familiar with your area. Next, each aspect of your position requirements will be discussed with potential candidates prior to being sent to you for consideration. ABC will only send you candidates who have recent, relevant experience working with children at the similar age level of your own children.
What kind of ABC Nanny Services are Available?
ABC Nannies are available for Full Time Live Out, Full Time Live In and Part Time Live Out opportunities.

How much do your services cost?
Full Time Live Out Nannies are typically on duty between 40 and 55+ hours per week and are provided at a fee of 14% of the Nanny’s anticipated gross salary with a minimum of $3400.
Full Time Live In Nannies are typically on duty between 50 and 60+ hours per week and are provided at a fee of 14% of the Nanny’s anticipated gross salary with a minimum of $3400.
Part Time Live Out Nannies are typically on duty between 25 and 39 hours per week and are provided at a fee of 16% of the Nannies anticipated gross salary with a minimum of $2800.
ABC Nanny Source specializes in long-term placements of nannies in Harrisburg and the surrounding area. Because of this, the anticipated annual salary that the hiring fee is based on is calculated by multiplying the weekly salary by 52 weeks. Each permanent placement comes with a ONE-YEAR GUARANTEE
