Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood, this remarkable woman wears many hats and answers to everyone, sometimes all at once! To her five handsome children, she is simply "Mom", while neighbors, church friends, and colleagues call her "Lisa". Her nephews and niece know her as "Aunt Lisa", and her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny", a nickname she proudly displays on her license plate. She has mastered the art of multitasking and is always ready to pull out her driver's license to share her "name story" with anyone who asks. She welcomes any name you'd like to call her, as long as it's not late for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, and the community, Beth has been a dedicated member of ABC for well over a decade, cherishing every moment of serving nannies and families. Growing up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart, and recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Beth enjoys sharing that she's been "matchmaking" since her childhood, a passion that she carried over to ABC Nanny Source after a successful career in marketing at the phone company for nearly a decade. Beth takes great pleasure in matching each family with the perfect caregiver, understanding that everyone has unique needs. Building personal connections between the right individuals is her top priority, and she often develops intimate relationships with families and nannies, regarding many of them as close friends. In a remarkable turn of events, she even matched two single parent clients from ABC who recently announced their engagement! While not a typical service offered, it goes to show how far Beth goes in her matchmaking efforts, always going above and beyond. Drawing inspiration from Disney's Mary Poppins, Beth believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. Her sweetness, which is recognized by her famous voice, shines through in every conversation. With a twinkle in her eye, she often jokes, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" Her contagious sense of humor and positive energy make each day a true Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious experience. Among her favorite things are rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets, sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and spending time with her family. These interests reflect the vibrant and joyful spirit that Beth brings to every aspect of her life.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah, a vibrant, dynamic, and adventurous individual, possesses a deep passion for people that permeates her entire being. This remarkable characteristic has manifested itself in all her pursuits and educational experiences. Exhibiting a remarkable artistic talent, she embarked on her musical journey at the tender age of 5, when she began taking piano lessons. Throughout her school years, she continued to study classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah pursued her musical education at Liberty University, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Following her time at Liberty, Hannah embarked on a multitude of internships to nurture both her personal and professional growth. From volunteering construction work in Fairbanks, AK, to participating in the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL, she seized every opportunity to expand her horizons. Most recently, she successfully completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Whitesburg, graduating with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. In 2016, Hannah began her fruitful journey with ABC Nanny Source, where she found immense joy in connecting with nannies and families. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she quickly progressed to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, she assumes the role of a Placement Counselor, dedicated to assisting families in their quest for the perfect Mary Poppins. One of her favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), serves as a guiding principle in Hannah's life. With her creativity and exceptional communication skills, she eagerly anticipates maintaining strong connections with families and helping them discover the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

After dedicating numerous years to working with children in various environments, Erica channels her passion for assisting others into every aspect of her work here at ABC Nanny Source. Known for her perpetual cheerfulness, she thrives when aiding nannies in showcasing their best qualities through their profiles. Behind the scenes of our Verification Department, Erica gladly extends a helping hand and promptly addresses any inquiries. During her leisure time, she can be found engrossed in a fantasy novel or indulging her loved ones with delightful confections. Her unwavering optimism and unwavering determination ensure that each day brings forth a new adventure, whether it involves engaging in a game with her family or diligently assisting the next person in finding their ideal match at our agency. The affection and admiration bestowed upon her by countless individuals make it challenging to express the tremendous impact she has on everyone she encounters. Within the Verification Department, she is often referred to as the "brain" due to her exceptional ability to recall extensive information effortlessly. With an unparalleled memory, Erica can readily provide the current status of any nanny or family without needing to consult any records.
