Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood, she goes by "Mom" to her five handsome children, "Lisa" to neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews/niece, and "Bunny" to her husband (which she proudly displays on her license plate). She is a jack of all names, wearing many hats and answering to everyone, sometimes even simultaneously! She excels in multi-tasking, and if you ask her about her "name story," she'll gladly show you her driver's license. Feel free to call her anything you'd like, just not late for dinner! She is adored by her family, friends, the church community, neighbors, and thousands of families and nannies locally. Beth has dedicated well over a decade of service to ABC, cherishing every moment of it. On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, marrying her elementary school sweetheart whom she has known since she was 8 years old. In fact, the couple recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Beth finds joy in telling everyone that she has been "matchmaking" since she was a little girl, and her passion for it didn't stop when she joined ABC Nanny Source after a decade at the phone company working in marketing. Beth loves to match each family she works with to the perfect caregiver, understanding that everyone has different needs. She deeply values every aspect of connecting the right individual to a family, forming intimate relationships with families and nannies, many of whom she considers to be her close friends. Just this year, she successfully paired two ABC clients who were single parents, resulting in their engagement. While this is not a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, it showcases her commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty with her matchmaking skills. Beth has always had a soft spot for Disney's Mary Poppins, and she firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. Her sweetness is evident in her famous, melodic voice. One of her favorite sayings is, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" She possesses an overall sense of humor and positive energy that is infectious, making each day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Among her favorite things are rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and spending quality time with her family.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual full of energy and a love for adventure, making her experiences fun and exciting. A passion for people has always been a prominent part of her personality, which she has consistently showcased in every endeavor and learning opportunity she has taken on. With her creative flair, Hannah embarked on a journey into the world of music at a young age, starting piano lessons at just 5 years old. Throughout her school years, she fervently pursued her studies in classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons. Her dedication to music was further nurtured when she enrolled at Liberty University in 2014, where she successfully completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, Hannah sought to expand her personal and professional growth through various internships. These included volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK and successfully completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, she also completed a Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Delaware, graduating with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. Since 2016, Hannah has been working with ABC Nanny Source, and her journey with the organization has been nothing short of joyous. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she quickly progressed to working as an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, she spends her days as a Placement Counselor, working closely with families in search of their own version of Mary Poppins. A key principle she lives by is rooted in one of her favorite Scriptures, which states, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). Looking ahead, Hannah eagerly anticipates building further connections with families and utilizing her exceptional creativity and communication skills to help parents and children alike find the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica, with many years of experience working with children in various settings, has dedicated herself to helping others at ABC Nanny Source. Always maintaining a cheerful demeanor, Erica excels in assisting nannies in presenting their best selves through their profiles. In her role within the Verification Department, she is known for readily extending a helping hand and providing prompt answers to any inquiries. Off-duty, Erica can be found engrossed in fantasy novels or preparing delectable treats to share with her friends. Her unwavering optimism and determination lead her to embrace everyday as an adventure, whether it entails playing games with her family or diligently aiding individuals in finding their ideal match within our agency. Her diverse contributions are treasured by many, making it difficult to fully articulate her impact on those she interacts with. Often referred to as the "brain" of the Verification Department, Erica's astounding memory allows her to effortlessly recall the status of nannies and families, granting her a reputation for successfully facilitating matches. This exceptional talent originates from both her heart and her mind, making us incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our team.
