Beth / Agency Director & Owner

Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her close circle including her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, and simply "Mom" to her five handsome children, she goes by "Lisa" to her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues. Adding to her list of names, she is lovingly called "Aunt Lisa" by her nephews and niece, and "Bunny" by her husband, proudly displayed on her license plate. With a knack for wearing many hats and answering to everyone, sometimes even simultaneously, she is truly a jack of all names. She takes pride in her multitasking skills and is always eager to share her "name story" when asked, yet never forgetting to mention the importance of being on time for dinner. Cherished by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, as well as thousands of local families and nannies, she has been an integral part of ABC for over a decade. On a personal level, she grew up in the suburbs of this enchanting town and married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she has known since the tender age of 8. Just recently, they celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in the picturesque island of Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairytale. Brimming with excitement, she often shares that she has been "matchmaking" since she was a little girl, a passion that didn't wane when she joined ABC Nanny Source after nearly a decade working in marketing at the phone company. Beth takes great joy in connecting each family with the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has unique needs. She values every aspect of creating the right match and nurtures close relationships with both families and nannies, considering many of them as her dear friends. In fact, just this year, she successfully paired two ABC clients who were single parents, resulting in their engagement. While this may not be a common service provided by ABC Nanny Source, it exemplifies her dedication to going above and beyond the call of duty. With a heart that resonates with Disney's Mary Poppins, she believes that "a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better," and her sugary sweetness can be heard in her famous voice. She often jokes, "I may sound like a 3-year-old, but these wrinkles prove otherwise!" Her infectious sense of humor and unwavering positive energy make every day feel "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!" Among her many favorite things are rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets, sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and quality family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual full of energy, always seeking new adventures and embracing fun. Her vibrant personality is marked by a deep passion for people, evident in every endeavor and learning opportunity she encounters. With a natural creative flair, Hannah embarked on her musical journey at the tender age of 5, starting piano lessons. Throughout her school years, she continued to study various styles of classical, pop, and theatrical music in both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah took her musical education to the next level by enrolling at Liberty University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Beyond her academic pursuits, Hannah furthered her personal and professional growth through an array of internships. These included a summer devoted to volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and an enriching experience at the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah completed a comprehensive Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Idaho Springs, graduating with distinguished honors in Makeup and Phase Two. Since joining ABC Nanny Source in 2016, Hannah has cherished every moment connecting with both nannies and families. She initially started as a Nanny Recruiter and progressed to become an invaluable asset in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, she dedicates her days as a Placement Counselor, assisting families in finding their perfect Mary Poppins. Drawing inspiration from one of her cherished Scriptures, Hannah lives by the words of 1 Corinthians 10:31, reminding herself to do everything to the glory of God. Hannah eagerly looks forward to maintaining meaningful connections with families and utilizing her creativity and exceptional communication skills to help parents and children alike find the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's passion for helping others has been evident throughout her extensive experience working with children in various settings. At ABC Nanny Source, she channels this love into every aspect of her work. Erica, who is always cheerful, finds her true calling in assisting nannies in presenting their best profiles. As a valuable member of our Verification Department, she is known for being quick to lend a helping hand and readily answer any inquiries. During her leisure time, Erica can be found wrapped up in a captivating fantasy book or preparing delectable treats to share with her friends. Her unwavering optimism and determination ensure that each day is an adventure, whether it involves playing games with her loved ones or diligently helping others find their ideal matches at our agency. The extent of Erica's contribution to those around her is so vast and impactful that we often affectionately refer to her as the "brain" of the Verification Department. Her exceptional memory allows her to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family, making her assistance invaluable. We are truly blessed to have Erica as an integral part of our team!
