Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, she has earned the nickname "LisaBeth" from her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood. To her five handsome children, she is simply "Mom". Neighbors, church friends, and colleagues call her "Lisa", while her nephews and niece affectionately refer to her as "Aunt Lisa". Lastly, her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny", a name she proudly displays on her license plate. This woman, with her various personas, wears many hats and responds to everyone, sometimes all at once. With a degree in multi-tasking, she is always ready to share her "name story" when asked, assuring that you can call her anything you'd like, as long as it's not late for dinner. Adored by her family, friends, neighbors, and the church community, she has also endeared herself to thousands of local families and nannies during her time at ABC Nanny Source. Having grown up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart, celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary with a fairy tale-like vow renewal ceremony in Kauai, Hawaii. Her passion for matchmaking began in childhood and continued at ABC Nanny Source, where she expertly pairs families with the perfect caregivers, recognizing and respecting the unique needs of each individual. Going above and beyond her job description, she has even successfully matched two single parents from ABC Nanny Source who recently announced their engagement. With a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins, she firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar can make everything better. Her sweet and youthful voice is well-known and loved by all. A humorous and positive individual, she often jokes, "I may sound like I'm 3 years old, but my wrinkles prove otherwise!" Her infectious sense of humor and positive energy make each day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Among her favorite things are rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and most importantly, family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah embodies the characteristics of a fun-loving, vibrant, and adventurous individual. Her innate love for people has always been a defining aspect of her personality and has been evident in every experience and educational opportunity she has pursued throughout her life's journey. With a natural inclination for creativity, Hannah ignited her musical journey at the tender age of five, starting piano lessons and expanding her repertoire to encompass classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal training throughout her schooling years. In 2014, Hannah's musical education took a leap forward when she enrolled at Liberty University, where she diligently completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Fueling her personal and professional growth further, she explored various internships, including volunteering in Fairbanks, AK, using her construction skills, and successfully completing the prestigious Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Most recently, Hannah completed a comprehensive Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Rancho Murieta, graduating with distinguished honors in Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, she joined ABC Nanny Source, where she has relished every moment connecting with nannies and families. Initially starting as a Nanny Recruiter, Hannah's dedication and commitment earned her a promotion to the role of assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, she spends her days as a Placement Counselor, assisting families in finding their very own version of Mary Poppins. Guided by a favorite Scripture verse, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), Hannah wholeheartedly embraces this mantra as she looks forward to forging lasting connections with families. Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica, who has dedicated many years to working with children in various settings, has seamlessly channeled her passion for assisting others into her role at ABC Nanny Source. Radiating perpetual cheerfulness, she finds fulfillment in guiding nannies to present themselves in the best possible light through their profiles. Operating from the trenches of our Verification Department, Erica is ever ready to extend a helping hand and address any inquiries. During her leisure time, you'll likely find her cozied up with a whimsical fantasy novel or diligently creating delectable treats to share with her friends. Her unwavering optimism and relentless determination ensure that each day unfolds as an exciting adventure, whether she's engrossed in a family game night or wholeheartedly endeavoring to facilitate the ideal match for aspiring clients here at the agency. Her unparalleled devotion to everyone she knows has earned her abundant admiration and endearment from all of us. Within the Verification Department, she is affectionately referred to as the "brain," owing to her remarkable memory and innate ability to recall the status of countless nannies and families without hesitation.
