Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her family, friends, and teachers since childhood, as well as "Mom" to her children, "Lisa" to her neighbors and colleagues, "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews and niece, and "Bunny" to her husband (displayed proudly on her license plate), she wears many hats and answers to everyone, sometimes all at once! She has a knack for multitasking and loves to share her "name story" when given the chance. She adores her family, friends, church community, neighbors, and the thousands of families and nannies she has served at ABC for over a decade. Growing up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart of 20 years and recently renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii. She has always enjoyed playing matchmaker and continues to do so at ABC Nanny Source, where she finds joy in connecting families with the perfect caregivers. She takes great pride in getting to know families and nannies on a personal level and considers many of them her close friends. In fact, she successfully matched two single parents who are now engaged! While not a common service offered, it showcases her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. Known for her sweet voice and infectious positivity, she often jokes about sounding like a three-year-old despite having the wrinkles to prove otherwise. Her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing the guitar, sunsets, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah, a fun, energetic, and adventurous individual, has always had a passion for people, which is evident in every endeavor and learning opportunity she has pursued. Since a young age, her creative flair shone through as she started taking piano lessons at only 5 years old. Throughout her school years, she continued to study classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah took her musical education to the next level and attended Liberty University, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, she sought further personal and professional growth through various internships. Notably, she spent a summer volunteering in Fairbanks, AK, doing construction work, and also completed the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Most recently, Hannah successfully completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Oppelo, earning Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. In 2016, she joined ABC Nanny Source, initially working as a Nanny Recruiter. Over time, she transitioned to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department before eventually becoming a Placement Counselor. Hannah thoroughly enjoys her work, connecting with nannies and families alike, and strives to find the perfect Mary Poppins for each family she assists. One of Hannah's favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31), is a guiding principle she lives by. With her creativity and excellent communication skills, Hannah is excited to continue building connections with families and helping parents and children find the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's love for helping others has been evident throughout her many years of working with children in various settings. At ABC Nanny Source, she channels this passion into everything she does. Known for her cheerful demeanor, Erica thrives in assisting nannies in presenting their best profiles. Behind the scenes of our Verification Department, she readily extends a helping hand and provides prompt answers to any queries. Outside of work, Erica can be found engrossed in fantasy novels or busy preparing delectable treats for her friends. Her unwavering optimism and determination ensure that each day holds its own adventure, whether it involves engaging in a family game or diligently assisting individuals in finding their perfect match at the agency. It is difficult to express in words the extent of her impact on everyone she knows. Her remarkable memory and ability to recall the status of any nanny or family without hesitation earned her the endearing nickname, "the brain," amongst colleagues in the Verification Department.
