Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her loved ones, Lisa wears many hats and goes by different names in various aspects of her life. To her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, she is known as "Lisa". Her five handsome children lovingly call her "Mom", while her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues address her as "Lisa". She is affectionately known as "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews and niece, and her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny", a nickname she proudly displays on her license plate. With her multi-tasking skills and willingness to go by any name, Lisa is a jack of all names, answering to everyone simultaneously. She even has a story behind her names and is always eager to share it when someone asks. However, she may jokingly remind you not to call her late for dinner. Lisa's warm and caring nature has made her adored by her family, friends, neighbors, and the church community. She is also cherished by thousands of families and nannies in the local area, as she has been serving them at ABC Nanny Source for over a decade. On a personal level, Lisa grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, who she has known since the age of 8. Recently, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Lisa takes pride in her innate talent for matchmaking, which she claims to have been doing since she was a little girl. Even when she transitioned from working at the phone company in marketing to joining ABC Nanny Source, her passion for connecting families with the perfect caregiver remained strong. She understands that every family has unique needs and finds joy in matching them with the right individual. Building strong relationships with families and nannies is important to Lisa, and she considers many of them to be her close friends. In fact, this year, she successfully matched two single parent ABC clients, who recently got engaged. While matchmaking is not a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, Lisa goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness and satisfaction of everyone she works with. Lisa's love for Disney's Mary Poppins is evident, as she wholeheartedly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. Her sweet and lively voice is famous among those who know her. Despite her youthful tone, Lisa humorously reminds others that her wrinkles prove she is not actually three years old. Her positive energy and sense of humor are both contagious, making every day feel Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Besides her love for her work and her family, Lisa has many favorite things that bring her joy. From rainbows and dolphins/whales to waterfalls, beaches, and country music, she finds happiness in the simple pleasures of life. Lisa enjoys activities such as hiking, playing guitar, and witnessing the beauty of sunsets, sunrises, and thunderstorms. She also has a passion for Broadway plays in New York, card games, and spending quality time with her family.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual who possesses a lively, dynamic, and daring nature. A fundamental aspect of her character is her unwavering passion for people, which has consistently manifested itself in various pursuits and educational endeavors. Her remarkable artistic talent became evident at a young age when she embarked on piano lessons at the tender age of 5. Throughout her school years, she diligently honed her skills in classical, pop, and theatrical genres, both in piano and vocal lessons. In pursuit of her musical education, Hannah enrolled at Liberty University in 2014, where she completed a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development program. Following her time at Liberty, she actively sought out personal and professional growth opportunities, undertaking a range of internships. These included volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and a highly enriching experience in the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, she successfully completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School South Lakes, graduating with honors in Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, Hannah commenced her journey with ABC Nanny Source, where she has thrived in building connections with nannies and families alike. Her role initially involved being a Nanny Recruiter, progressing to an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department, and currently serving as a Placement Counselor for families in search of their very own Mary Poppins. One of Hannah's cherished scriptural verses, 1 Corinthians 10:31, has served as her guiding principle: "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." She eagerly looks forward to fostering connections with families further and utilizing her exceptional flair for creativity and communication to assist every parent and child in finding the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's passion for assisting others has been seamlessly integrated into her role at ABC Nanny Source, after years of working with children in diverse environments. Her cheerful disposition is particularly evident when she aids nannies in optimizing their profiles. In the Verification Department, Erica promptly extends a helping hand and addresses any queries that arise. Beyond the office, she can be found engrossed in a fantasy book or preparing delectable treats for her friends. Each day, her enthusiasm and tenacity create a sense of adventure, whether it involves engaging in a lively game with her family or diligently assisting individuals in finding their ideal match within our agency. The love and admiration that so many of us have for Erica are difficult to encapsulate in words. Due to her remarkable memory and innate ability to recall the status of any nanny or family, she is affectionately referred to as the "brain" of the Verification Department. Her exceptional capabilities are a testament to her genuine care and unparalleled intellect. We are truly fortunate to have Erica as a valued member of our team.
