Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but affectionately called "LisaBeth" by her family and friends, this remarkable woman is known by different names depending on who you ask. To her children, she is simply "Mom", while her neighbors and colleagues call her "Lisa". Her nephews and niece affectionately refer to her as "Aunt Lisa", and her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny", a nickname that she proudly displays on her license plate. With so many names, she has become a master of multitasking, always wearing different hats and answering to everyone, sometimes all at once. She proudly declares herself a pro at juggling responsibilities, happy to share her "name story" and open to being called anything, as long as it's not late for dinner. Beth is adored by her family, friends, and the community. She has been an integral part of ABC Nanny Source for over a decade, bringing joy to numerous families and nannies. Growing up in this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart, and they recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary with a dreamy vow renewal in Kauai, Hawaii. Beth has always had a passion for matchmaking, a skill she honed even as a young girl. Her journey led her to ABC Nanny Source after spending nearly a decade at the phone company in marketing. Matching families with the perfect caregiver is her expertise, understanding that each family's needs are unique. She takes great pride in getting to know families and nannies on a personal level, considering many of them as close friends. In fact, she accomplished the extraordinary feat of pairing up two single parents who were both ABC clients, and they recently announced their engagement! Beth's infectious positivity and sense of humor are reminiscent of Disney's Mary Poppins. She firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar can make everything better, and her voice reflects her sweetness, a trait for which she is famous. Embracing her youthful spirit, she often jokes, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" Her optimistic outlook and genuine enthusiasm bring a sense of joy and energy to everyone around her, making each day feel Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Amidst her busy life, Beth finds joy in a variety of things. She is enamored with rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, and beaches. She loves country music, hiking, and playing the guitar. The beauty of sunsets, sunrises, and thunderstorms fascinates her, as do Broadway plays in New York. She also enjoys card games and cherishes family time above all else. These are just a few of her favorite things, and they add color and richness to her wonderful life.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is a vibrant, lively, and bold individual who loves embarking on exciting adventures. Her deep passion for connecting with people is an integral part of her character and has manifested itself in various endeavors and learning experiences throughout her life. Renowned for her artistic flair, she first delved into the world of music at the tender age of 5, taking piano lessons and later expanding her skills to include classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons throughout her schooling years. In 2014, Hannah's musical education continued at Liberty University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development, taking courses that sharpened her talent. Following her time at Liberty, she furthered her personal and professional growth through several internships, including volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah completed an intensive Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Shady Cove, graduating with honors in Makeup and Phase Two. Since 2016, she has been a part of ABC Nanny Source, where she cherishes every moment of building connections with both nannies and families. Her journey began as a Nanny Recruiter and progressed as she worked as an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Presently, Hannah thrives as a Placement Counselor, dedicated to assisting families in finding their ideal Mary Poppins. A guiding principle she lives by is derived from one of her cherished Scriptures, "So, whether you eat OR drink, OR whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). Hannah eagerly anticipates continuing to foster connections with families and utilizing her creativity and communication skills to help parents and children alike discover the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's dedication to helping others has been evident throughout her career, as she has spent many years working with children in various settings. Now, at ABC Nanny Source, she puts her love for assisting others into everything she does. With a cheerful disposition, Erica thrives on guiding nannies to present their best selves through their profiles. Within our Verification Department, she tirelessly works behind the scenes, always ready to lend a hand and address any inquiries. Outside of work, Erica finds solace in immersing herself in fantasy novels OR whipping up delectable treats for her friends. Her optimism and determination infuse each day with adventure, whether she's engaging in a family game OR diligently aiding individuals in finding their ideal matches at the agency. Erica's selfless actions have earned her the adoration of many, and it's hard to fully articulate the extent of her impact on those around her. Within the Verification Department, she is often referred to as the "brain" due to her remarkable memory, effortlessly recalling the status of any nanny OR family. Her ability to assist thousands of individuals stems from her genuine care and passion. We feel fortunate to have Erica as a valued member of our team.
