Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, she is simply called "Mom" by her five handsome children. The neighbors and church friends, as well as colleagues, know her as "Lisa," while her nephews and niece affectionately call her "Aunt Lisa." Her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny," a name she proudly displays on her license plate. With all these names, she truly wears many hats and answers to everyone, sometimes even simultaneously. She has mastered the art of multi-tasking, holding a degree in it, and is always ready to share her "name story" when she pulls out her driver's license. Despite this, she is quick to say you can call her whatever you'd like, as long as you're not late for dinner. Loved by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, and thousands of families and nannies locally, she has dedicated over a decade of service to ABC. Originally from the suburbs of this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart. Recently, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. She enjoys sharing that she has been matchmaking since she was a little girl, and that passion never stopped when she joined ABC Nanny Source after a decade in marketing at the phone company. Beth takes pleasure in matching each family she works with to the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has different needs. She values connecting the right individual with the family and has developed close friendships with many families and nannies. Remarkably, this year she successfully brought together two single parent ABC clients who recently announced their engagement. While this service isn't typically offered at ABC Nanny Source, it showcases Beth's commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty. Inspired by Disney's Mary Poppins, she believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better, and her sweet and melodic voice is famous among those who know her. She often jokingly says, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I have the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" With her infectious sense of humor and positive energy, she makes each day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and quality family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah, a vibrant and thrill-seeking individual, embodies the essence of fun, energy, and adventure. Her genuine passion for people has remained a constant throughout her life, evident in every endeavor and learning opportunity she embraces. Blessed with a creative spark, Hannah's journey in music started at the tender age of 5, when she embarked on piano lessons. As she progressed, she explored a wide range of styles including classical, pop, and theatrical, both in piano and vocal lessons during her school years. In 2014, Hannah's musical pursuit led her to Liberty University, where she completed coursework towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, Hannah sought personal and professional growth through a series of internships, including a fulfilling experience doing volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK and successfully completing the esteemed Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Hannah's thirst for knowledge and development recently led her to graduate from Paul Mitchell the School Sea Breeze, where she completed the Cosmetology program with honors in Makeup and Phase Two. Since joining ABC Nanny Source in 2016, Hannah has cherished every moment spent connecting with both nannies and families alike. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she ventured further into the Nanny Placement Department, eventually assuming the role of Placement Counselor. Hannah is dedicated to helping families find their perfect Mary Poppins, utilizing her creativity and exceptional communication skills. A guiding principle she ardently lives by stems from one of her cherished Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31) With an unwavering commitment to fostering connections and employing her unique talents, Hannah eagerly anticipates assisting parents and children in discovering their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

At ABC Nanny Source, Erica has channeled her passion for helping others after spending many years working with children in various settings. With a consistently cheerful demeanor, she thrives on assisting nannies in showcasing their strengths through their profiles. Erica is a valuable asset to our Verification Department, always ready to lend a hand and provide prompt answers to any inquiries. Outside of work, you'll find her engrossed in fantasy novels or creating delicious treats to share with her friends. Her optimistic nature and unwavering determination infuse each day with excitement, whether she's engaging in a simple game with her family or diligently aiding individuals in discovering their ideal matches at our agency. Erica's boundless devotion and impact on those around her make it difficult to truly articulate the extent of her contributions. Within the Verification Department, she is affectionately known as the "brain" due to her impressive memory and ability to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family.
