Joshua and Lisa Diehl, a married couple who raised a large family of their own and employed several household employees throughout the years raising their children, founded ABC Nanny Source. They realized there was a need for a New Jersey Nanny Agency that would dutifully and diligently conduct interviews, structure an intense 10 step screening program, instruct life saving certifications, and individually monitor each candidate’s demeanor. 

We take a lot of pride in being very selective and discerning with each and every accepted ABC candidate. Our goal and intention is to provide families with professional nannies that will become part of the family and stay with them for long-term placement.  We are a family oriented company, owned and operated by a professional staff.  We are devoted to our consultative approach and take our time with each family and nanny aspiring to completely understand individual needs and expectations. Our reputation has been solidified by our honesty and integrity.
