We have trusted her for overnight trips for business and she has taken care of the girls on those rare instances we were going on a personal trip. Sharon has been reliable and flexible when our work or travel scheduled changes. Sharon genuinely enjoys children and takes her responsibilities as a caregiver seriously. She is patient, calm and maintains a positive attitude. She is compassionate and caring but will be firm and has maintained our family rules. Sharon is easy going and we have got along well over the years. Sharon cares for the girls personally and worries if they seem out of sorts or are upset. The girls in turn can't wait to see Sharon on Monday morning and tell her all about their weekend and get their morning hugs.
