“Hazel was a wonderful worker! She was very attentive to all of the children and was very focused on helping them learn and develop. When Hazel was working with the infant group, she was very nurturing. She would feed, diaper, and play with the infants. Hazel enjoyed that age group very much because of her past experience as a New Castle County Mother's Helper. When the babies were awake she would sing to them and play with them.
