"I am a very energetic and caring person! I love learning new things and exploring our world. I am considerate, responsible, and very organized. I love being outdoors and by the water. Some of my hobbies include sailing, photography, and traveling. I enjoy teaching children as well as learning right along side them with hands-on, fun experiences. My goal is to help the children I work with became a great learner and to appreciate the world around them. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because it is a great way to interact with children's growth and learning in a much smaller setting than a school classroom. I have been serving in some form of childcare for over ten years and can honestly say I truly enjoy what I do! I feel the children are like sponges. They soak up the environment around them through experiences, relationships, and learning. My goal as a New Castle County Live In Nanny is to help parents enrich their children’s daily life to the best of my ability through positive interactions and experiences. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes tidy up the house, light dusting, vacuuming, dishes, and laundry. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am creative, caring, patient, flexible, and responsible. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include serving a healthy menu, reading books, going on walks, word-of-the-day, and arts and crafts. However, I think it is important to do things that the children themselves are interested in also. I would talk with them about what their interests are and try to incorporate them in our daily activities. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be willing to incorporate me part of the family!"

“Brielle was an excellent New Castle County Live In Nanny for my son when I needed her. She watched him on a needed basis for us, and still does occasionally! She was always very punctual about being to our home, earlier then needed or right at her start time. She was willing to do anything we asked at any given point whether it involved cleaning, running errands, taking our son to the doctor's, etc. We never felt uncertain leaving our child with her at such a young age, which isn't easy to come by now. Our home was always kept very neat and orderly upon our arrival home and our son always seemed content with her. He never cried when we left and I would check in a couple of times throughout the day and never heard him upset or had any complaints from her. I cannot show enough praise for the help Brielle has given us since our little boy has arrived! She has stepped up many times last minute to care for him at a young age and even to this day when we've needed her. You can tell she has a passion for children and that is something that makes her 'One in a Million'! She doesn't do it for the financial rewards alone; she does it because she wants to. Our son has always been great when in her care and we've never once felt that we could not trust her. I also must commend her for the job she has done so many times for us taking care of not only an infant but a 2-year-old puppy as well. Our dog is very hyper and tends to get very annoying to anyone who's around for long and she always handled them both so well! She will be an excellent Nanny to any family!”
