“I worked with Kimberly for 2 years as her supervisor at her New Castle County Clerical Job. She was a positive team member and was committed to her clients. She was dependable, flexible and an effective communicator. I know she has a fondness for children! Kimberly has a great rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds and I would recommend her without hesitation.”
“I have known Mandy for the past seven years. I first met her while we were colleagues at a New Castle County Clerical Job and we soon became good friends. Mandy is a very caring, considerate person! Mandy is extremely family oriented and very dedicated to her extended family! Mandy’s sisters look up to and respect her. She is always very nurturing with her sisters and concerned about their welfare at all times. When one of her younger sisters was having trouble reading, even though she had many obligations of her own, Mandy took on the responsibility of tutoring her. Mandy always puts others first! She always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Mandy is a very pleasant person that makes you feel good to be around! Having become a mother since I met Mandy, I would not hesitate to leave my children in her care! I would trust her whole heartedly to care for my children! I have seen her around children and they always seem drawn to her. Most importantly, I know that if issues were to arise, of any kind, I could depend on Mandy to communicate her concerns. I have always felt that it takes a special person to care for other people’s children. Anyone would be lucky to have Mandy as part of their family! She is truly a wonderful person and a fantastic friend!”
“I have known Audrey as a coworker for 1.5 years at her New Castle County Clerical Job. I have watched her interact with both families and children on her previous caseload. She is confident and giving of both her time and her abilities. She is dedicated and friendly and forms long-lasting relationships with those around her! With Audrey as a co-worker, she is a person to look up to. She is very well at training others on the job and communicating. She is always there when you need her. “
“My son loves Amanda till this day! She watched him in the summer time for me when she had time away from her New Castle County Clerical Job. She was very reliable! She read to my son and taught him many activities. I still can rely on her presently on an as needed basis for childcare. I have recommended other parents to Amanda and they had positive experiences as well!”
“Kristy's job while under my supervision was her New Castle County Clerical Job and then she worked as the coordinator for a new technology program. As providers and educators met the concept of bringing technology into the pre-school environment with varying degrees of acceptance, Kristy did a fantastic job with helping them to feel comfortable and to understand the thinking behind this project. Kristy builds relationships quickly with both adults and children. Kristy is exuberant and fun to be with. She is always thinking of new ways to do things, and I can see her having many fresh and exciting ideas of how to work with the children in her care. Kristy was one of the most professional people I ever supervised. She was open to feedback, and immediately went to work on assigned projects. She maintained open communication with me, and was respected and well liked by all staff. I left the agency before she did, and I feel that she continued to grow well beyond that time. Kristy is an excellent role model for both children as well as parents. I would feel comfortable leaving my own children in her care!”
“I have know Marcia for over a year now through her New Castle County Clerical Job and she has been nothing but hard working in whatever she does! She takes the time with my nieces and nephew to teach them and show them new ideas. She explains things to them very well and she is very natural with children and can fit into any environment with children. Marcia is outgoing, knowledgeable and caring. She is willing to take on any responsibilities that come her way. Marcia has been my close friend and confidant since I met her!”
