“Leigh's experience teaching pre-school and dance will allow her to fulfill the job requirements as a Nanny. She has substituted at a pre-school and has worked with every age group from infant to 5 year olds and also worked at a New Castle County Baby Doula Job. Leigh is great with children and they respond to her very well. In addition to teaching, Leigh has also taught dance to children and young adults at a Dance Studio as well as in a migrant farm community in Florida. Leigh is great with children. She has worked as a substitute and is well liked by all the teachers. Leigh has also received many compliments from teachers, students and parents at the Dance Studio in regards to her teaching ability!”
“Marianne watched my daughter at a daycare center along with 7 other infants between the ages of 6 months to 1 year. Marianne went above and beyond the call of duty at work! She e-mailed both my husband and I tons of pictures of Leah so we felt more a part of the daycare experience, she gave detailed observations about Leah, and even came to her first birthday party! Marianne was easy to talk to and took feedback well. She is a great listener. She also had great experience with infants from her New Castle County Baby Doula Job. I had a wonderful relationship with her and would ask her to take care of Leah if I ever needed a sitter or decided I wanted a Nanny. She is helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! Marianne is like family!”
“Carolyn was my son’s infant teacher and he thrived in her care! She truly cared for him and the rest of the children. Carolyn more than fulfilled the job requirements! Her experience at her New Castle County Baby Doula Job made her the perfect caregiver. For part of the year, she became the head teacher and did a fine job! She worked with all the children on energizing projects including art, music, walks, building blocks, etc. I cannot think of anything that she needs to improve upon. Carolyn is meant to work with children!”
“Mindy is wonderful! Mindy took care of my two girls for two months when they were newborns at her New Castle County Baby Doula Job and later provided as-needed care. She is a respectful and trustworthy young lady. I did not want to let her go but my kids had grown old enough to go to public school and now don’t really need a caregiver. If anyone is right for this job, it would be Mindy!”
“Brenda did a wonderful job with my children! We hired her for a New Castle County Baby Doula Job but kept her on for additional childcare because we liked her so much! She was always on time for work and my children’s appointments. My children loved her cooking and love having her around! Brenda would take care of my newborn while I was at work and then pick my daughter up from school and help her with her homework. I had a wonderful experience with Brenda! She became a part of my family and someone I can trust with my children as well in my home!”
“Katherine did all that was asked and went way beyond my expectations. My experience was great and comforting! Everyday when I came home from work she had a diary of what her and the kids had done. I was nervous about leaving my newborn but her past experience at her New Castle County Baby Doula Job quickly made me feel at ease. Katherine was great and I would recommend her to anyone!”
