Agency Interview
	All Nannies requesting representation at ABC Nanny Source must undergoe an extensive interview conducted by Agency Recruiters and/or Placement Counselors. This step is repeated again prior to being presented to a family for consideration. This will ensure that the interview is custom tailored to fit the exact requirements and requests of the family.
Identity Verification & Document Analysis
	You may be suprised that many nanny agencies that have been serving the local community for years do not perform ANY type of verification on their nanny's identity. At ABC Nanny Source, every single nanny is required to submit to a professionally conducted identity verification process including document analysis before reaching the final acceptance stage.
Photograph
	ABC Nanny Source obtains a photographed of each nanny we represent. This picture will be added to the Nanny's profile, which your Placement Counselor will send to you during the decision making process.
Vehicle Registration
	Every Delaware Nanny must supply to the agency a current vehicle registration to show that they have access to reliable transportation. We know families are counting on their nannies to be there on time each day and we have included this step to be sure the nannies we represent will fulfill that.
One-Year Commitment
	It is crucial for children to have stability in their lives. This is why we require each of our Delaware ABC Nannies to sign a One-Year Commitment pledge, stating that she will dedicate herself to your family for a minimum of one year.
Drug Testing

Therefore, we provide you with each Nanny's driving motor vehicle report. We also provide you with a nationwide criminal background report. We want you to feel secure in the knowledge that your potential Nanny will be a safe driver, and will have a clean criminal background.
Reference Verification
	All of the references provided in each of the Nanny's profiles have been verified by our accomplished Verification Department. These references will include the ages of the children the Nanny has worked with, typical hours the Nanny has worked in the past, along with a detailed description of each reference's experience with a particular Nanny.
ABC Policy
	Each Delaware ABC Nanny is made aware of our Code of Conduct. Each ABC Nanny is expected to dress appropriately, arrive promptly, and meet the ethical standards of ABC Nanny Source in order to be accepted by the agency.
