Natalie knew how to care for a newborn, including schedules, feeding, bathing, and how to teach early gross motor skills. She was able to balance caring for two children and give each the attention needed. Natalie also fit in perfectly with our family and always went the extra mile. While my daughter was in school, Natalie did the grocery shopping for us, cooked dinner, and did the family laundry. As with anything she does, Natalie was always willing to help in any way needed. I think one of Natalie’s most important qualifications is her love for children, which is evident in the bonds she establishes. my daughter loves Natalie and always looks forward to Natalie coming to our home. We will miss her a lot and give her the strongest possible recommendation."
