Beth / Agency Director & Owner

Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood, she is simply "Mom" to her five handsome children. To her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues she goes by "Lisa", while her nephews and niece know her as "Aunt Lisa". And to her husband, she is affectionately called "Bunny". She proudly displays this nickname on her license plate. She's a master of many names, wearing multiple hats, and answering to everyone, sometimes all at once. She excels at multitasking and if you ask her about her "name story", she'll be more than happy to show you her driver's license and give you the details. She's happy to be called anything you like, as long as it's not "late for dinner". She is adored by her family, friends, the church community, neighbors, and thousands of local families and nannies. She has been serving all nannies and families at ABC for over a decade and cherishes every moment of it. On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she has known since she was just 8 years old. They recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, making their love story feel like a fairy tale. She loves telling people that she has been "matchmaking" since she was a little girl, and that passion has carried over to her work at ABC Nanny Source. Before joining ABC, she worked at the phone company for nearly a decade in marketing. Beth thoroughly enjoys matching each family with the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has unique needs. The process of connecting the right individual to the family is of utmost importance to her. She gets to know families and nannies closely and considers many of them her close friends. In fact, just this year, she successfully paired up two single-parent ABC clients who announced their engagement. While this is not a common service offered, it showcases how she goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to her matchmaking skills. Her love for Mary Poppins and the belief that "a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better" is evident in her kind and sweet-toned voice, which she is also famous for. Despite sounding young, she humorously claims that her wrinkles prove she's not actually three years old. Her overall sense of humor and positive energy are contagious, making each day feel Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and quality family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual known for being fun, energetic, and adventurous. Her passion for people has been a consistent part of her personality and has been evident in every endeavor and opportunity for growth she has encountered. With a natural creative flair, Hannah embarked on her musical journey at the young age of 5 when she began taking piano lessons. Throughout her school years, she continued to study various styles, including classical, pop, and theatrical, in both piano and vocal lessons. Her musical education continued in 2014 at Liberty University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, Hannah furthered her personal and professional development through a series of internships. These included a summer volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK and completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, she successfully completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Sauk, where she graduated with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. Since 2016, Hannah has been working with ABC Nanny Source and has cherished every opportunity to connect with both nannies and families. She initially joined as a Nanny Recruiter and later transitioned to working as an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, she serves as a Placement Counselor, helping families find their perfect Mary Poppins. Inspired by one of her favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), Hannah lives by this guiding principle. Looking ahead, Hannah is excited to continue building connections with families and utilizing her creativity and communication skills to help parents and children find their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

At ABC Nanny Source, Erica's passion for helping others shines through in every aspect of her work. With years of experience working with children in various settings, she has honed her skills and now dedicates her expertise to assisting nannies in creating outstanding profiles. As part of the Verification Department, Erica is known for her cheerful disposition and willingness to lend a hand or answer any inquiries. Off-duty, she can be found indulging in fantasy novels or whipping up delicious treats to share with her loved ones. Erica's unwavering optimism and unwavering determination make each day an adventure, whether she is enjoying quality time with her family or diligently helping others find their perfect fit at our agency. Her boundless love and support have earned her the affection of many, and she is affectionately referred to as the "brain" of the Verification Department due to her exceptional memory and ability to recall the status of any nanny or family member effortlessly. We consider ourselves truly fortunate to have Erica as an integral part of our team.
