ABC Nanny Source is most well-known for their caregiver, affectionately referred to as "Beth", but also known as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood. To her five handsome children, she is simply "Mom", while neighbors and church friends call her "Lisa" and colleagues refer to her as "Aunt Lisa". Her nephews and niece know her as "Aunt Lisa" and her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny", a nickname proudly displayed on her license plate. She embraces her many names, wearing multiple hats and answering to everyone, sometimes all at once. With a degree in multi-tasking, she jumps at the chance to share her "name story" when asked, inviting others to call her whatever they like, but never to be late for dinner. Beth is adored by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, and thousands of local families and nannies. Having served nannies and families at ABC for over a decade, she cherishes every moment of it. Growing up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart whom she has known since the age of eight. Recently, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in Kauai, Hawaii, renewing their vows and continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Beth delights in sharing that she has been "matchmaking" since childhood, a passion that didn't fade when she joined ABC Nanny Source after almost a decade in marketing at the phone company. Beth takes great pleasure in pairing each family with the perfect caregiver, recognizing the unique needs of each individual. She values every aspect of connecting the right person to the family, building intimate relationships with families and nannies whom she considers as close friends. In fact, this year she successfully matched two single parents who were both ABC clients, and the couple recently announced their engagement. While matchmaking is not a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, Beth goes above and beyond the call of duty to create lasting connections. Inspired by Disney's Mary Poppins, Beth believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better, and her sweet nature is evident in her famous voice. Despite sounding like a three-year-old, she jokes that her wrinkles prove otherwise. Her overall sense of humor and positive energy are contagious, making each day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Beth's favorite things include rainbows, dolphins and whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets, sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and cherished family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah possesses an exuberant and adventurous spirit, making her a fun and energetic individual. Her passion for people has always been a key aspect of her personality, evident in her various experiences and continuous pursuit of learning opportunities. As a testament to her creative nature, she embarked on her musical journey at the young age of five, taking piano lessons. Throughout her school years, she delved into classical, pop, and theatrical styles through both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah pursued her musical education further at Liberty University, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, Hannah actively sought personal and professional growth through multiple internships. These included volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK, during the summer, and participating in the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, she successfully completed a Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Huntington Center, earning honors in Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, Hannah joined ABC Nanny Source, where she has found great joy in connecting with nannies and families. Her journey with the agency began as a Nanny Recruiter, progressing to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department, and currently, she serves as a Placement Counselor, dedicated to finding the perfect Mary Poppins for every family. In life, Hannah lives by a verse from one of her favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). Guided by this principle, she eagerly looks ahead to forging meaningful connections with families and utilizing her creativity and communication skills to help parents and children find their ideal nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

At ABC Nanny Source, Erica has channeled her passion for assisting others after years of working with children in diverse environments. Her unwavering enthusiasm radiates in every task she undertakes. Particularly, she thrives in guiding nannies to present their best selves through their profiles. In her role within the Verification Department, Erica diligently supports her colleagues, promptly lending a helping hand and addressing any inquiries. Beyond the office, she can be found engrossed in captivating fantasy novels or preparing delectable treats for her loved ones. With her optimism and determination, Erica embraces each day as an adventure, whether it involves a spirited game with her family or wholeheartedly aiding individuals in their quest to find the perfect match within our agency. It is truly difficult to articulate the extent of her contributions to others, as she is adored by many.
