I felt very comfortable discussing any issue with Julie, including how I wanted to handle various issues that came up with the children, her schedule and responsibilities, and payment. She frequently reported to me on how the children were doing and asked questions when she was not sure what my preference might be for handling a given situation. If Julie had been able to relocate with us, we would have definitely continued to employ her. The children still have great memories of their time with her.”
