Beth / Agency Director & Owner

Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source and lovingly referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood, this remarkable woman wears many hats and answers to a variety of names. To her five handsome children, she is simply "Mom". To her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, she goes by "Lisa". When visiting with her nephews and niece, she joyfully becomes "Aunt Lisa". And to her husband, she is affectionately known as "Bunny", proudly displayed on her license plate. Her ability to multitask is truly impressive, as she effortlessly manages the demands that come with each unique name. She even has a degree in multitasking, and is always ready to share her "name story" alongside her driver's license. Feel free to ask her about it, but just make sure not to keep her waiting for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, and the countless families and nannies she has served over the past decade, Beth truly cherishes every moment. Born and raised in the suburbs of this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart, with whom she recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in the enchanting Kauai, Hawaii. Their love story continues to unfold like a fairy tale. Even as a young girl, she found joy in matchmaking, a passion that carried over into her work at ABC Nanny Source. Prior to joining the agency, she spent nearly a decade in marketing at the phone company. Recognizing that every family has unique needs, Beth takes great pleasure in connecting each family with the perfect caregiver. She believes that every aspect of this process is of utmost importance and invests time in getting to know families and nannies on a personal level. Many of them have become her dear friends. This year, she achieved a remarkable feat by successfully pairing up two single parents who were both clients of ABC Nanny Source. As a result, they recently announced their engagement, proving just how far Beth is willing to go to ensure the happiness of those she serves. While this may not be a common service offered, it exemplifies Beth's commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty. Beth's sweet and warm nature is reminiscent of Disney's beloved character, Mary Poppins. She firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar can brighten any situation, and her own voice is famous for its sweetness. One of her favorite sayings, amidst her overall sense of humor, is: "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" In addition to her infectious positivity and sense of humor, there are many things that bring Beth joy. Rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and quality family time are just a few of her favorite things.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an enthusiastic and daring individual who loves embracing new experiences. Her vibrant personality and love for people have always been her defining traits, evident in all her endeavors and educational pursuits. With a flair for creativity, she embarked on her musical journey at the young age of 5, taking piano lessons and exploring various styles such as classical, pop, and theatrical, both in piano and vocal lessons throughout her school years. In 2014, Hannah decided to further her musical education and enrolled at Liberty University, where she completed several courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, Hannah sought out opportunities for personal and professional growth, undertaking multiple internships to broaden her horizons. Notable experiences include volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK during the summer and completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah accomplished a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School La Prairie, graduating with honors in Makeup and Phase Two. Joining ABC Nanny Source in 2016, Hannah has cherished every moment connecting with both nannies and families. She initially started as a Nanny Recruiter and later transitioned to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, Hannah serves as a Placement Counselor, dedicated to assisting families in finding their ideal Mary Poppins. Guided by her favorite Scripture, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), Hannah strives to live by this philosophy. Looking ahead, Hannah is excited to continue building connections with families, utilizing her creative abilities and excellent communication skills to help parents and children alike find their perfect nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica has dedicated many years of her life to working with children in various settings, and this passion for helping others shines through in all her work here at ABC Nanny Source. With her cheerful demeanor, she thrives in assisting nannies in presenting their best selves through their profiles. Behind the scenes in our Verification Department, Erica is always ready to lend a helping hand and provide prompt answers to any inquiries. Outside of work, she finds solace in immersing herself in fantasy books or baking delicious treats to share with friends. Her unwavering optimism and unwavering determination ensure that each day is an adventure for her, whether it entails enjoying a family game or diligently assisting individuals in finding their perfect match at our agency. Her incredible dedication and love for everyone she knows make her a beloved figure among us. Fondly referred to as the "brain" in the Verification Department, Erica's remarkable memory allows her to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family without consulting any records. Having positively impacted the lives of countless individuals, her extraordinary talents stem from the depths of her heart and mind.
