Beth / Agency Director & Owner

Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, she is simply called "Mom" to her five handsome children. To her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, she goes by "Lisa", while her nephews and niece know her as "Aunt Lisa". However, it is her husband who lovingly calls her "Bunny", a nickname proudly displayed on her license plate. With the ability to juggle multiple roles and answer to everyone, sometimes even simultaneously, she has earned the title of a jack of all names. She holds a degree in multi-tasking and is always ready to share her "name story" when asked, allowing others to address her however they prefer, as long as they don't keep her waiting for dinner. Adored by her family, friends, neighbors, and church community, she has also garnered the love and respect of thousands of families and nannies in her local area during her tenure at ABC. Having grown up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she has known since she was only 8 years old. This year, they celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in Kauai, Hawaii, renewing their vows and continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Even as a little girl, she loved playing matchmaker, and that passion for bringing people together didn't fade when she joined ABC Nanny Source after a decade in marketing at the phone company. Matching each family with the perfect caregiver is her true joy, understanding that every family has unique needs. She takes great care in every aspect of the matchmaking process, building intimate relationships with families and nannies, many of whom she considers close friends. In fact, she recently had the pleasure of pairing two single parents who were both ABC clients, and they just announced their engagement. While this isn't a typical service offered at ABC Nanny Source, it exemplifies how far she is willing to go to exceed expectations. With a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins, she believes in the power of a Spoonful of Sugar to make everything better. Her sweet voice is famous among those who know her. She often jokes, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" Her sense of humor and positive energy are contagious, making each day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Among her favorite things are rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and cherished family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual who embodies fun, energy, and a thirst for adventure. Her passion for people is a defining characteristic that permeates every aspect of her life. Throughout her journey, this attribute has been evident in all her pursuits and learning experiences. With an innate creative flair, Hannah embarked on her musical journey at the age of 5, starting with piano lessons. As she progressed through her school years, she continued to study classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah took her musical education further by enrolling at Liberty University, where she completed coursework towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Following her time at Liberty, Hannah delved into various internships to develop personally and professionally. These included volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK and completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Lost Springs, graduating with honors in Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, Hannah joined ABC Nanny Source, where she has cherished every moment connecting with nannies and families. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter and later transitioning to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department, she now serves as a Placement Counselor, helping families find their perfect Mary Poppins. Hannah's guiding principle is influenced by one of her cherished Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31) With her creativity and communication skills, Hannah eagerly anticipates forging lasting connections with families and assisting parents and children in finding their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

At ABC Nanny Source, Erica has integrated her passion for helping others into every aspect of her work. With years of experience working with children in various settings, she has found her true calling in assisting nannies with crafting impressive profiles. In her role within the Verification Department, Erica is known for her unwavering cheerfulness and willingness to lend a hand and address any inquiries. While away from work, she can often be found engrossed in a fantasy novel or baking treats to share with her loved ones. Each day, Erica embraces new adventures and challenges, whether it involves enjoying a family game or diligently aiding individuals in finding their perfect match through our agency. Her remarkable dedication and optimism have earned her immense admiration from colleagues and friends alike. In fact, many of us affectionately refer to her as the "brain" of the Verification Department due to her extraordinary memory and ability to recall the status of any nanny or family effortlessly. Erica's exceptional talent stems from both her heart and mind, and we feel fortunate to have her as a valued member of our team.
