Beth / Agency Director & Owner

Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but affectionately called "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, as well as "Mom" to her five handsome children, "Lisa" to neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews and niece, and "Bunny" to her husband (which can be seen proudly displayed on her license plate), she is a woman of many names, wearing various hats and responding to everyone, sometimes all at once! A master in multitasking, she proudly flaunts her driver's license to share her "name story" and encourages others to call her anything they like, as long as they don't keep her waiting for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, the church community, and her neighbors, she has also been a beloved figure for thousands of local families and nannies! At ABC, she has dedicated well over a decade serving all nannies and families, cherishing every single moment of it! On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart whom she has known since the tender age of 8! Recently, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale! It's worth mentioning that she has been a matchmaker since she was a little girl, and her passion for it only intensified when she joined ABC Nanny Source after almost ten years in marketing at the phone company! Beth thoroughly enjoys pairing each family she works with, finding the perfect caregiver while recognizing that everyone's needs are different. Connecting the right individual to the family is a matter of great importance to her. She builds intimate relationships with families and nannies, considering many of them to be her close friends. In fact, just this year, she successfully matched two single parents from ABC and it was recently announced that they are now engaged! Although matchmaking isn't a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, Beth takes it upon herself to go above and beyond the call of duty! Beth has always had a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins and firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. Her sweet and infectious voice is widely recognized. She often jokes, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" Her overall sense of humor and positive energy are contagious, making every day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, witnessing sunsets and sunrises along with thunderstorms, attending Broadway plays in New York City, indulging in card games, and spending quality time with her family.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual who embodies fun, energy, and an adventurous spirit. Her passionate love for people is a constant and has manifested itself in every endeavor and opportunity for growth throughout her journey. Renowned for her inventive flair, she embarked on her musical journey at the tender age of 5, receiving piano lessons and later delving into classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal instruction throughout her academic years. In 2014, Hannah pursued her musical education at Liberty University, where she diligently completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Following her time at Liberty, she furthered her personal and professional growth through various internships, encompassing a memorable summer engaged in voluntary construction work in Fairbanks, AK as well as the completion of the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. More recently, Hannah successfully completed a Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Everglades, showcasing her talents with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. Hannah embarked on her journey with ABC Nanny Source in 2016, relishing every moment spent connecting with nannies and families alike. Initially joining as a Nanny Recruiter, she continued to flourish, progressing to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department, and presently dedicates her days as a Placement Counselor, assisting families in finding their ideal Mary Poppins. One of Hannah's favorite Scriptures fuels her daily life: "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31) Hannah eagerly anticipates fostering lasting connections with families, and utilizing her creativity and communication skills to assist every parent and child in finding their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's unwavering dedication to assisting others stems from her rich experience working with children across various settings. At ABC Nanny Source, she wholeheartedly channels her passion into every aspect of her work. Her radiant positivity shines brightest when guiding nannies on how to present their best selves through their profiles. Behind the scenes of our Verification Department, Erica effortlessly extends a helping hand and promptly addresses any inquiries that come her way. Outside of work, she can be found engrossed in fantastical books or whipping up delectable treats to share with her friends. Her boundless optimism and unwavering determination ensure that each day brings its own adventure, be it engaging in a fun-filled family game or diligently aiding the search for the ideal match within our agency. Her invaluable contributions to those around her have garnered immense affection, making it challenging to articulate the magnitude of her impact. Often referred to as the "brain" of the Verification Department due to her remarkable memory and ability to recall the status of countless nannies and families effortlessly, Erica's extraordinary talent stems from the depths of her heart and mind.
