Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood, she goes by "Mom" to her five handsome children, "Lisa" to neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews and niece, and "Bunny" to her husband, proudly displayed on her license plate. She proudly wears many hats and answers to everyone, sometimes all at once. She is a master of multitasking with a degree to prove it. She loves sharing her "name story" and encourages others to call her whatever they like, except for being late to dinner. Adored by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, and thousands of local families and nannies, Beth has devoted over a decade of service to ABC. On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she's known since she was eight years old. They recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. From a young age, she enjoyed playing matchmaker, a passion she carried into her work at ABC Nanny Source after spending nearly a decade in marketing at the phone company. Beth loves pairing each family with the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has different needs. She takes every aspect of connecting the right individual to the family seriously and forms intimate relationships with both families and nannies, considering many of them her close friends. In fact, this year she successfully paired two ABC clients who were single parents, and they recently announced their engagement. While this is not a standard service offered at ABC Nanny Source, it showcases Beth's commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty. Beth has always had a soft spot for Disney's Mary Poppins and firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. Her sweet and melodic voice is famous among those who know her. She often jokes, "I know I sound like I'm three years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and quality family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah, an individual who is fun, energetic, and adventurous, has always had a passion for people, a characteristic that has been evident throughout her life's various endeavors and learning opportunities. Her creative flair became apparent at a young age when she began taking piano lessons at the age of 5. She continued her musical education in both piano and vocal lessons, studying classical, pop, and theatrical styles throughout her school years. Seeking to further her knowledge and skillset, Hannah pursued a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development at Liberty University in 2014. After completing her studies at Liberty, she embarked on a journey of personal and professional growth through various internships. These included a summer spent doing volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and participating in the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah completed a Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Satsuma, where she excelled, earning Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. In 2016, she joined ABC Nanny Source, where she thrived in connecting with nannies and families. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, Hannah progressed to become an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Presently, she serves as a Placement Counselor, working with families in search of their perfect Mary Poppins. With years of experience working with children in various settings, she is dedicated to making a difference.
