"I am a kind, giving, trustworthy person! I come from a large family. My sisters have been caregivers for the elderly. We work with our church and community and strive to be the best we can be. I love working with children! I have been teacher's aid throughout the years. I would like to be a nanny because I believe it is something that I am very good at. I would like to help a family feel secure in every way. To know that their children are safe and well cared for not only will bring peace and contentment to the parents but also to the children. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other if would have to be because I believe we should choose a job that best reflects the person we are. I have been serving in some form of childcare for over twenty years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel children are my number one priority! It is also my number one priority to keep the children happy and safe at all times. My goal as a Nanny is to carry out the parent's wishes. To assure them that they will be well taken care of. To eliminate any worries while they are away at work. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes cleaning up after the children throughout the day. Doing dishes, laundry any light dusting or vacuuming. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include a routine that the parents or I have planned for the day.
